i was stayed for 3 Nights . Location very near to calangute beach . Peaceful place in busy place . Very kind person managing all type of tourists. His behavior very much good . Totally Worth for stay for budget visitors . If i get another chance to go to Goa will choose the same hotel for stay .

We are very satisfied about this place. It is a cosy family hotel where you feel the happiness of life. The location is perfect...after two corners is the supermarket. It is very quiet here and even nearby the mainstreet. Otherwise the beach is very close. The rooms are very comfortable with a terras. Fan airco and refrigerator are available. The breakfast was good and you can sit outside with view garden. We advise this place very well. Thanks

Super cool rooms, hospitality and service by Mr.Frazer and his staff during our stay from 15 to 18th January 2019. I would definitely recommend Kismat Mahal to all the people who want to stay at Calangute. It's hardly 450 m away from the beach. The price is cheaper than any nearby hotel, cleanliness and customer's satisfaction are it's salient features.

We booked 2 rooms for Rs.300 each per night.The room had a queen size bed for 2 people with a extra mattress.The owner Mr.Francis was a humble and polite man. The location of hotel was close to calangute beach.The break fast is bit costly.Good room service.Toilets were clean and hygienic.Best thing was the location's closeness to calangute beach and least I liked was the price of breakfast.

During Dussehera holidays 2014 we had been to Goa and stayed there for four days at Kismat Mahal, Calangute with our friends and family. Room is spacious, clean and nice. It's situated near to the Calangute beach. Food was delicious, homely preparation. Enjoyed our staying a lot there.

Stayed there for 3 nights.. Very economical among the hotels in Goa.. this place is very near to the beach.. just back of the hotel.. Few suggestions to improve, ventilation is poor in dormitory room. Consider installing additional ceiling fans. Wifi access should be given to customers.

I love this place due to its close proximity to Calangute Beach and Sputini Restaurant. The rooms are big and spacious with good AC. Cleanliness is also proper. Beds are huge and comfortable. Bathrooms can be in a better shape if they maintain it. But all in all its worth the money spent.
