Stayed there for 2 Nights in March 2019 with family . It was good budgeted hotel near Baga Beach walking distance about 7 to 10 min . Baga one of the happening beaches in the North . Breakfast was average .

Nice budget Resort near Baga beach , breakfast is good, service and rooms are good , Pool is neat and clean , Pool timing is 9 to 6, just walking distance to Baga beach, Quite internal to mail raod but overall all best in all other things.

Rested in this hotel from 25/11/2017 to 5/12/2017 by the company. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but very dirty, cleaned only 2 times, the corridor is never washed, dirty dishes in the corridor stood all 10 days, no one removed it. But! The most terrible thing is the staff ... The reception staff are stupid, they lost the key of my room, the security stole money from my bag right at the reception, stole the owl there ... I consider this unacceptable, the staff's task is to provide a safe and comf rest for tourists, and they steal, they can not be trusted ... The boss (or the one who considers himself to be so) did not even talk to me about the problem, dismissed me twice! I work as a travel agent (like my friends). We will not recommend this hotel to our tourists !!!

i visit Goa on 31-oct-17 and we stay sun park resorts. it was memorable moment again in goa. Hotel was good room size proper & clean swimming pool was also good. if your are visiting in group its good stay. but don't expect variety for good break fast also not for good test. Hotel location back side no proper space in front hotel. staff was good and supportive Mr. JOE D'souza is very nice person.... this is not proper resorts its like society they purchase and made resorts

We been months ago , Nice resort , very calm , the service is very good. Food was excellent. Nothing much to say . The staff is very courteous and service oriented. Always smiling. The first day food was ok. but later they served us very tasty delicious and yummy food.

Stayed at Sun Park in September 16, the hotel is down a quiet road and can be slightly intimidating at night so probably wouldn't recommend to a solo female traveller. I arrived at 4am and the manager let me check in which was very nice of him, the room was large with a TV and large balcony. Unfortunately the wifi doesn't stretch to all rooms but can sit in the bar area to use it. The manager is great and very approachable. Toast is complimentary in the morning and the other food is reasonably priced.

I had visited this property 2 weeks back with couple of friends we booked this property through Vista Rooms . Got a very price spacious place with breakfast included . Anything needed the staff is good enough to help you. The hotel had a problem as we where making a lot of noise but unlike other hotels they requested us to lower this voice If anytime i come to Goa again will book this property.

1. Does not accept credit card. 2. Rooms are dirty and stinky, not at all hygenic. 3. Free breakfast is a scam. It only includes 3 slices of bread n tea. All else is chargable including hot chocolate for my kid. 4. Very poor service, the person at the desk is rude like the other staff. 5. Getting to parking is a very narrow lane and really hard to find.

We spent 4 weeks there as we have done for the last 12 years, what can I say Joe the manager is fantastic nothing is too much trouble for him, he makes sure your comfort an safety always come first. His staff are great Siddesh is fantastic he looks after you makes sure your needs are always met, he has such a happy outlook on life. Gerard knows what you want to eat or drink before you ask for it he is very attentive waiter. All the boys there are polite well mannered and fully trust worthy. The rooms are super clean as is the bed linen an towels. Only thing that I felt let them down was the stairway to the room was dusty yes I know it's Goa an dust every where but this was really more than a few days dust, I voiced my concern of this to Joe an within minutes it was washed an washed every other day on my stay. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and looking after us so well. Oh and I can't forget the chef his food is better than some restruants in Goa he does a great job.
