Absolutely loved the stay ! Would specially like to mention the hosts who are ready to help anytime of the day and are extremely gracious. It's a 10 min walk from benaulim beach and a 15 min drive from Margao. One of the best places to stay in south goa !

Stayed at Xavier for the 3rd time and everything is just excellent, it's private, clean, comfortable, modern. Rooms are big fresh and well equipped with a little kitchen and fridge. Bathroom is rather big, nice modern and clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Just during my last stay in April wifi was a true issue as it's almost was not working, if rarely it came on it was really slow. That is the thing you have to keep in mind when you stay at Xavier but if you are not wifi user, then Xavier is the perfect place to stay in Benaulim!

Guesthouse Xavier's offers Air conditioned studio rooms with balcony, washroom & kitchenette. It is located 500 mtrs from Benaulium beach. The room was neat, washroom hygienic & beds comfortable. Tips: whenever you need housekeeping, feel free to call up owner/property managers who live nearby. Stock up groceries from nearby convenience stores & enjoy snacks & beaverages any time of the day.

Been coming to Goa since 2009 started from the hotels but for the last 3 years prefered guest houses instead as very often the quality of the guest house is much better than the quality of the local hotel, a true value for money plus your privacy. So found Xavier from booking.com and that was seriously a good luck as I'm totally pleased with it. Very good location on the small street nearby the main shopping street, near to the biggest local supermarket and not too far from the beach. Room is clean, fresh (guest house is just 2 yrs old), modern, spacious ans cosy. With well working wifi, little kitchen, fridge, hot water and a nice bathroom. Could say up to European standards really and it's understandable as it's run by a German couple. The first impression was made already when I made a booking, got a prompt e-mail back with the confirmation and with the aswer to send me a taxi to the airport, the communication was very friendly, warm and welcoming and everything has run smoothly, taxi was at the airport etc. I higly recommend this guest house to anyone, even for the ones who have stayed in the hotels before, a great value for the money, the best you can get👌🏻paid 160€ for 15 nights, it's a bargain.…

Great location,clean rooms comfortable beds and good air con. Shower not very good and only one waste bin for kitchen,bedroom and bathroom. Helpful owners. 15 mins stroll to beach. Can be a bit noisy when lots of other guests as not at all soundproof. Not a major issue

Clean and very comfortable room. Definitely worth paying a bit more for air conditioning which works very well. Only disappointment was the shower which is pitifully slow but with patience one an eventually manage to get clean!! At 1400 Inr a night it is well worth it

This guest house is located near by the Benaulim Beach... The Benaulim beach is one of the best beach of south goa..If you want to relax...don't want the crowd like North Goa you can go there...Our stay here was the pleasant stay..Hospitality of the owner of the guest house is really really really good..They will help you to get everything....They will suggest you the best option to visit in Goa and best restaurant to have food...The guest house is very clean, well maintained...Its just like your own private farm house..If ever you are visiting to south goa you can think of this option..
