La grace really took me by surprise! I booked last minute for 3 nights and honestly it really is lovely. Staff are super friendly and food is absolutely fine. Breakfast was ok too. But mostly, the pools are super clean!!!! (I stayed elsewhere and couldn’t even swim in the pools as they were filthy so you can imagine my delight 🤣) Beach is about 10 minutes away with some nice bars to eat / drink with free sunbeds 🥰 The rooms are modern enough with nice shower facilities. I personally think this place is a complete bargain for the price and the grounds are really well kept. Really lovely place!

We stayed at this hotel in the second half of October. It's just the beginning of the high season in Goa, so there weren't many people in the hotel. Our third annual stay at La Grace Resort Benaulim, Goa, this time 72 days (end Dec to March), was as enjoyable as ever.
The Front Desk staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful, day or night, and housekeeping do a great job. The pools and gardens. are well maintained and everywhere is clean and tidy.
The breakfast is great, good choice of fruit and cereals,eggs and typical Indian dishes. A newly added AC room is very welcome as the temperature rises outside.
We particularly like the Hotel’s position- Free Shuttle bus to the miles of lovely beach which has a good selection of beach shacks, or a tuk tuk into Benaulim Village with its many shops and restaurants. Alternatively, there are frequent buses to take you to other nearby beaches or a 20 minute bus ride into Margao for 20 rupees or so., music complementary!!!

First time in India, beginning of the season, October 2023. I liked the hotel, early check-in was $40 (negotiable up to $30), Wi-Fi only in the lobby. The room was a deluxe room for two, quite good. The plumbing is old, but everything works. Mini kitchen, refrigerator with freezer. TV without Russian channels, who needs to take flash drives with TV series, everything works). Fans, condenser Upon request they brought a safe, iron, hairdryer. 1 liter each. a bottle of water per person every day. Cleaning at least every day is quite decent. You just need to hand over the key to the reception before lunch. We rented it out a couple of times a week, everything was cleaned and replenished. We had a booking for only one night and had a great time at the resort. The rooms are huge with a nice balcony the resort had 2 pools a nice kids toy room a good restaurant with a tasty goan a la carte menu. The resort also has a drop service to the beach. The breakfast has limited options but it is justified based on the price they charge. Very economical and great staff

This hotel is a family run business it is spotlessly clean with beautiful Gardens & 2 Swimming Pools. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and attentive & always go the Extra Mile to ensure you have a Wonderful Stay. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Beautiful Benaulim Beach, however if you don’t want to walk there is a reliable Shuttle Bus Service to & from the Beach. The many Shops, and Eateries in Benaulim Village are a short Stroll away. We would highly recommend La Grace Resort

Cleanliness is a major downside here. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was highly unclean even at check in...ants everywhere, linen was gross, toilets were smelly. Only plus point were the bellboy and the restaurant staff who were friendly and helpful. Reception were unnecessarily arrogant. Made us wait for over 2 hours in the smoldering heat to checkin even though we requested for early check in as my 80 year old dad was with us. The resort was practically empty especially since its rainy season in Goa, so the receptionist's claim that the room is not free was an outright lie. Staff needs to be trained in customer service.

We returned from the hotel on 10/21/23. A wonderful hotel, absolutely perfect for India. Variety in breakfast, cleanliness of the area, staff responds very quickly to requests. Delicious food is served in the hotel restaurant. Close to the beach, and also carries a car to and from the beach. We also purchased an excellent excursion from local guide Bobby, and had a great trip to Shiva in a very comfortable car. For reasonable money, Bobby organized the excursion at the highest level, we had a Russian tour guide, Yulia, and the presentation of material about Indian culture was at the highest level! If you meet Bobby, feel free to take excursions, he is a very responsible person!

3 stars are justified. Not luxury) The hotel consists of several buildings and guest houses. Breakfast is always an omelet, boiled eggs, flatbread, fruit, toast, and only cucumbers from vegetables. There were ants in the room. If there is food on the table, they will crawl, it is better to put everything in the refrigerator. Cleaning will be done if you leave the key at the reception until 12.00. The staff communicates only in English or through an interpreter. Wi-Fi works well in the morning, but doesn’t load anything in the evening. I had a massage - nothing special. I liked the Ayurvedic Shirodhara procedure - they pour oil into the third eye area. Not far from the hotel I found yoga classes (Palm Grove Cottages - you can see the announcement on the board right at the entrance to the territory) - taught by Tatyana - I recommend it. The beach is calm, there are many fishing boats. I recommend going to Colva and Palolem beaches, it’s more fun there. With a local guide (not from the hotel) I went on an excursion to a neighboring state. I really liked it. Name is Bobby +91 86689 36053, I recommend it.
