the place is situated right adjacent to a football field. So, all football freaks, like me, can watch the lads play and even join them at times. Having said that, the rooms are pretty decent, with airconditioned rooms also available for comfort. the housekeeping is excellent. and the place is surrounded by palm trees which provide the necessary shade around... It was alot harder than expected for us to find a room for one night suitable for backpackers, most places were full, didn't want to accept one night, or were over 1000rs a night. This place was in our guidebook so we finally decided to check it out after being refused by so many.. They said yes and we got... More

Tucked away behind the junction of the beach and main roads. Big rooms with good bathroom facilities. Only a short 10 min walk to the beach. Staff seemed nice enough. A sign claimed there was wifi but this idea was instantly rebuffed by a boy who appeared to work there. It's seems most of the guest houses in benaulim are... More

Rosarios is a perfect place to stay if you want clean and basic accommodation at reasonable rates. The family are very friendly and will organise anything you need. We arrived at 4am, no problem at all. Hot water, wardrobe and comfy bed. The Inn is a good 5 min walk to the beach, and is close to the crossroads in... More

Stayed here for one night in advance of getting an over night train from Goa and Kerala. 400r for a night and paid an extra 200r to stay until 7pm the following day- allowing us a day on the gorgeous local beach. Very basic, but lacked the creepy crawlies experienced in other, more expensive accommodation. Very quite surroundings so got... More

I have stayed here many times not because of the poor facilities or the unfriendly owners that you get here but mainly because of the friendly guests and the location and the safeness of the place. Rooms are basic ... No wardrobes, or anywhere to unpack... Not particularly clean either... The beds are hard and uncomfortable and you are only... More

Rosario’s Inn is a budget accommodation place, and that’s the way the people who spend a long time here prefer it. If you are looking for good service and well furnished rooms, then best look somewhere else. This place is for travellers who are accustomed to looking after their own needs, and only need a pleasant, quiet accommodation at a... More

It's not a bad place, it's cheap and you get what you pay for. However, after about a week we decided to move somewhere else as our bags, clothes, everything got really smelly-a smell of a damp basement. And we found a cheaper place in the same area which was fresh.I would only go back if other places were full. The garden is nice though-we... Call them beforehand to make appointment. get down at madgaon and catch a rickshaw (around 150Rs. fare) takes you to Rosario's. It's located 5minutes away from the benaulim beach. In my opinion one of the cleanest beaches (quite peaceful as well). I needed lodging only for the night's sleep (and to keep my belongings) and well Rosario's offered that at... More

“take the rooms with its balcony facing the ground. this provides a beautiful scenary”

“Rooms on the second or third floor have larger balconies, and rooms at the end don't have people passing by, so are more private.”
 of 5 bubbles Lou-n-jonny1, 15 Nov 2014 | Read review
“We had second floor in the two-story building. I think the three-story building is better because it doesn't get the sun in the afternoon like the two-story one. Second or third floor is fine. Ground floor may be okay, although typically ground floor rooms attract more mosquitoes and tend to be a bit mustier in damp weather.”
