Amazing facilities. Although pricy but worth the experience. Not many foreigners mostly Indians wi th families. Sevice is well above average.The breakfast is quite large the pool and the beach is. amazing. Try to avoid wedding time bookings.
The pillows were the fluffiest I had ever feel in any hotel, food was amazing and had a perfect view. Must recommend for anyone who visit goa. Food was amazing and staff was very cooperative and energetic towards there duties.
Booked the hotel via trip advisor got the cheapest rate & we had a great stay. I will surely recommend this to my friends also booked a rental car, everything was amazing, cheap flights, Hidden gems shown to us, overall good experience
It was a great experience. Worth the expenses and luxury. I had some issue with the ac in the room which was making the room very cold. It was rectified. The rooms are very spacious. Note: The taxi service in and around the hotel is very wierd , you cannot book a taxi from out due to some associations issue . The taxi service provided by the hotel is also not so expensive but you may find it wierd that you cannot book a taxi from out side Overall a pleasant stay
Not a 5 star property. Service wise will rate it a single star. Rooms are small, bathtub, bathrooms dirty. Overflowing and leaking water from the bathroom and basin. Food is pathetic, same breakfast menu every day, spread is too small with uncooked portions served. Taste is bad as well. Room delivery of food takes more than 2 hours. The added benefits like discounts on F&B and spa, airport transfers are not provided, and when enquired about the same to e include, staff misleads you, wastes your time with an only motive to extract more and more money from you. There are better options available in the same price range, and I will not recommend visiting Azaya.
I struggled with what to rate this experience… Our experience as a holiday has been amazing, the location of this hotel is superb and the price compared to other hotels is extremely reasonable. However, you do get what you pay. The hotel rooms are pretty dirty, uncleaned floors and dirty bedding. We also had dogs barking next to our room all night. We asked to move rooms twice but this was not sorted so we did not have a solid sleep for the full 5 nights we stayed. They say they offer room service but no menus on the rooms to look at. Breakfast included is good choice. If you are looking for budget then this hotel is fine but it’s not at all what you’d expect from 5*
Ideally not even one star. The rooms are not clean and only after multiple communication, the staff got the room cleaned. AC is set at a constant temperature and not possible to change. Way too over priced. Food is pathetic and they have the same breakfast menu on every day (not even a milkshake is different). Don’t go for the villas as the bathtubs or plunge pools are dirty. We wanted to upgrade but the bathtub was so dirty that we decided to continue with our existing rooms. The staff is polite but inexperienced. Definitely NOT A 5 Star Property. You can opt for Novotel, Radisson, etc at the same price range.
One of the best stays over the last couple of years. The food, ambiance, rooms, service absolutely excellent. Made even more special for the anniversary dinner arranged by Gautam - Manager F&B. The decor and the spread of cuisine was just marvelous. One place I'm going to stay at every year for sure.
A brilliant, amazing and extremely comfortable stay. The food was great and location is right on the Benaulim beach. Enjoyed a lot thanks to Azayas friendly staff. Shacks are at walking distance which is not very common in South Goa. Would love to revisit.
Its really so terrible experience when you don’t get a soft drink and the room service the restaurant denied that we don’t have any I tried to talk to manager they said he is busy so I don’t know if the manager is busy somewhere else who will be help this is my forst experience in any hotel who denied and said we are out of stock we don’t have any soft drinks instead of soft drink they said we have beer I am a non alcoholic person so keep i. Mind if you ever wana stay in this property how will they treat I really feel bad about a five star property who denies for serving a soft drink to an client
