Mr. Prashant was very helpful arranging rooms quickly to allow smooth check-in. Mr. Satyawan also helped with luggage and breakfast.
The property is new and it's operational from 1st Oct 2015. Rooms are clean and have AC, wardrobe, dressing table, solar water heater. Satyawan showed us rooms and Prashant suggested family room which was spacious and had fridge.
Mr. Prashant informed that they are putting much efforts to get in more facilities and Wifi will be operational in a week or two.
It's not a resort as per the name but a decent B&B. They don't have an operational restaurant but they prepare and provide good breakfast. Limited parking inside premise and also outside in a narrow lane.

We stayed for three nights at dreams Palm Beach hotel. It is very conveniently located near calangute beach which has an array of good restaurants . We found the room to be clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel has warm water for specified timings hence you can't have a shower at your convenience. We stayed at the superior room and it was good. We ordered breakfast twice and would not recommend eating here. The hotel is good for travellers who are on a budget and spend minimum time in the hotel.

Booked this from booking.com. Rooms look nothing like photos and very dirty. Had hot water three times in a week and twice I asked for it. Towel was not changed all week. Room was 'cleaned' once and no replacement toilet tissue or soap or towel.
Receptionist was more interested in watching videos on phone than to speak to guests. No service.
Was woken every night by fighting dogs and every morning by men booking nvm and spitting noises.
Duvet smelt dirty and is probably never changed and no sheet to lay over you in the bed. As I was solo I wrapped myself in the one sheet and used my clothes for a pillow.
Very expensive for what it was and only plus point was I felt fairly safe there and short walk to beach.
Breakfast was included but could not imagine where food was cooked and didn't want to get ill so ate elsewhere.
Would recommend anywhere other than this place.

We were two families staying in three so called Deluxe Rooms and were in the hotel from February 4 through February 7. The rooms were basic but the service was the pits. No towels or soap in the room. When we asked for towels, we were told there were no towels and were asked to wait till 'they came back from the laundry' so no bath the first day. No hot water, only a couple of hours or so in the mornings; thus if you are planning on a shower after a swim, forget it or else use the cold water. Even within the appointed time frame of two hours, there is no guarantee as my son found out. On the 7th morning, there was no hot water at all. Complaining didnt help and it was only after several reminders that they finally turned on the hot water, a clear indication that it was deliberate- we were to check out that day. One day they switched off the mains to the room and I wasnt able to get the room lights on at 1130 pm - I returned to the hotel at 11 p,m. There was no staff to complain to and it was only after a call to the mobile no of the Manager was I able to get the lights back. Another evening, they took away the AC remote and it took not less than five visits to get the remote back- a different remote mind you, was brought from another room which means some other fellow had to suffer . There is an apology of a TV set, of eighties' vintage, which, needless to add, doesnt work. The basin tap was non functional. I had asked for an extra bed for my son- we were three in one of the rooms- they gave a thin cotton mattress for which they charged and which had to be put on the ground and was very uncomfortable so that ultimately we three squeezed on to the bed and managed. Some of the meagre breakfast items are chargeable so ask beforehand what is charged and what is not. The Manager was cooperative and tried to help but that's about the only good thing the hotel.
Come only if you are prepared to be patient and do not be fooled by the 'discounts' you would be getting on travel portals for booking at this hotel. The real value of the room is less than the actual value you pay after the online discounts. I was taken in by their site which is totally misleading. For example, they talk about safes in the room,LCD TVs, minibars, luxury cotton bath robes, etc which are all absent.

It is at the end of a lane away from walkabouts. Very close to beach and shops and restaurants. I got at a discount online so value for money - would not have paid full amount though. The staff are friendly. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned though. Internet connection drops out but sitting out on the balcony helps. I would recommend this place just for the peace you get being away from the full on activity of Calangute Beach now.

Hotel : Not much to say. Not visually appealing. Big positive was that its walk able to Calangute beach, so you can enjoy the beach anytime. Free WiFi was great advantage. Room : Good spacious and clean room. Mr. Prashant was kind to change our room to Super Delux which is quite good for family. The room had AC, LED TV, Mini Fridge, Wardrobe and Dressing Table. Daily standard breakfast was included (bread-butter-jam and tea) but you can order more. Room Service : Average but the staff are well mannered. We had to call them every time for hot water.
Overall, comfortable, pleasant stay at the hotel.
