I am an experienced traveller and have never stayed in a hotel where all staff are so attentive to your every needs, so helpful, so friendly and so accommodating. Seriously nothing is too much trouble and they are all willing to give suggestions for travelling and or where to eat as both Shah Rukh and Anil did often. Sameer was always on hand to help with bags and IT and address any questions.
The hotel has all you need for a relaxing stay in Anjuna and is clean, well equipped, safe to walk around in and well located. The two beaches at Anjuna and Vagator are walking distance.
The breakfast is good and Mrinmoy, Shahid and colleagues are very attentive in asking us for our hot South/North Indian choices. There is something to suit all Indian and western palates.
I went with my sister in law and elderly parents, as my dad has always wanted to visit Goa. We all arrived at two different airports. Before my sister in law and I arrived at the hotel, Mrinmoy had already asked over their welfare as he was concerned they looked tired and offered them ginger tea and took their photograph too.
Mrinmoy even offered to help us shopping or travelling on his day off and Shah Rukh offered my dad a lift back to the hotel on his scooter, while he was off duty when he saw us walking home.
I have to mention Tekraj, who cleaned the pool every day with such dedication. I loved being the first one in the pool everyday and having it to myself for most of the time. Tekraj always quietly left a pool towel by my sunbed and never once forgot.
We all had a lovely time and its because the staff quickly became part of our family. I have not experienced that in a hotel before. Its the benefit of being a relatively small hotel where everyone knows everyone and where the sole purpose is to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
All the staff went above and beyond their duty and worked hard, so their work ethic needs to be commended. They make the hotel an excellent choice
Honestly, you will not regret booking such a lovely hotel with exceptional staff as its a great place, with great people in a great location. What more could you want?

Wow.. what a lovely experience we had during monsoon visit in Goa after heavy summers . The place is very calm & peacefull the first impression look & feel of the resort is very positive . The team is professional & courteous . The food was amazing at breakfast & restaurant we had . Bar serves amazing cocktails every evening they have candle light dinner setup by the pool . The pool is very clean n well maintain . The Sight seeing places eg ; Baga beach for water sports , fort aguada, siquerim beach, saturday night market are just 10-15 min away . The major happening clubs and seaside restaurant are 05 min away by walk . We had a good fun trip at this lovely resort . Thank you for making our trip memorable

Have to say, one of the most serene and a beautiful resort, even the food, the staff were so cooperative and very helpful. We went with a family of 7 with my 2 year old grand daughter, they even provided us with baby food and milk whenever required. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Its a 11/ 10 stay.

I recently stayed at The Grand Continent Hotel in Anjuna, Goa
The hotel itself is decent but could use some improvements. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, but the decor felt outdated and a bit worn. The bed was comfortable, though, and I appreciated the air conditioning, which worked well to keep the room cool in Goa's warm climate. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the amenities provided were quite basic.
One of the highlights of the stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always willing to help with any requests and provided good recommendations for places to visit in the area. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the front desk was always staffed, which added to the sense of security.
The on-site restaurant served decent food, though nothing extraordinary. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, but the quality was inconsistent. Some dishes were tasty, while others were bland and seemed to have been sitting out for a while.
In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a pool, but it was smaller than expected and not as clean as it could have been. The Wi-Fi was available but patchy at times, which was a bit frustrating when trying to stay connected.

I had a great time at the hotel! The staff was super nice and provided excellent service. They were always there to help and made me feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, Breakfast they serve was delicious and had many options, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out. The hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt valued as a guest and appreciated the effort the staff put into making sure I had a great experience. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future because of the amazing service I received. We stayed at Grand Continent Anjuna for two nights in their suite room for 4 people. Room was spacious, hotel is new and staff is very polite and helpful!
Their breakfast buffet runs from 8am to 10:30am and not only was their selection the best, but Diptanshu paid us special attention and hospitality was top notch. Would 10/10 recommend!
