The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is located right in the middle of Anjuna and a short drive from most restaurants, bars and other attractions in the area. It’s also a short 20 min drive to Candolim (off season time), if you wish to go there.
The hotel setup is a bit strange, as it is located on a slope….so one drives down to the main lobby from the entrance. The pool is again at a lower level than the main building.
The front desk staff are efficient and very friendly…they also upgraded us to a Suite, which was very nice of them.
The room was spacious and comfortable for 3 people to stay for an extended period. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very good down quality. The bathroom was high spec and had a separate bathtub and shower area. The suite also had a large balcony, which would be nice to sit out in, in the winter season. Wimbledon and Euro 2024 were on, and it was nice to be able to watch them on TV…a lot of hotels just don’t subscribe to most channels now. Also WiFi worked very well…which was important cause Airtel didn’t seem to work despite showing decent network on the phone.
Restaurant was the one mild disappoint. The food was okay, not great…very generic. Breakfast was also similar. The restaurant staff could be better trained as well.
The pool area is nice, if small…and lies between the main building and the annexe, where most of the rooms were. The pool attendant was very courteous and friendly. There is no spa yet, which is a small negative. I was told that is coming soon.
The valets/security were very good and extremely helpful in getting the car multiple times a day…always with a smile.
Overall, I would stay here again…especially given the good value compared to nearby 5* resorts. Don’t expect an expansive resort, but it works great as a base to visit the Anjuna/Assagao/Siolim area. I would recommend renting a a car to extract best value from the location.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely new boutique property by Indian Hotels. The aesthetic design and meticulous maintenance, coupled with its prime location near the restaurants and cafes, made our experience truly delightful. The hotel's so-called "great" location in Vagator doesn't compensate for the glaring issues. While the restaurant and breakfast might be the only highlights, the management's incompetence is evident. This IHCL property, touted as new, is a cleanliness nightmare – every nook and cranny already rundown. Our plunge pool room was a horror scene; it was so filthy that we couldn't even step into the supposed highlight. The view of the back garden resembled a horror show with persistent filth, even after multiple reminders. For a hefty 15k, there are far superior options than this subpar, seemingly 2-star establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear.

My daughter had booked us at The Yellow House for our anniversary and we had a truly awesome time there. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, the washrooms very clean, the pool was nice sized and clean, the cocktails were amazing and the bfast buffet was vast and delicious. When the staff got to know about our anniversary, they very sweetly sent a complimentary cake and wine to our room making our special day even more special. The place was really nice and when we checked-in we were pleasantly surprised that they upgraded our room to Premium room with plunge pool which was fully utilized by my 9 year old daughter. The staff was extremely courteous and responsive to our requests. The morning breakfast was nice except for the South Indian dishes and when we were checking out, the front desk supervisor took our feedback and we even got a call from the executive chef Mr. Malkani who apologized for this and he even offered us to have a free meal at the hotel when we visit goa next time. The place is really nice and close to all the nice restaurants and cafes. Perfect place to visit with kids.

We spent the most relaxing and fun part of our goa time in here. Lovely ambiance with great servicing. All are very helping and trying to make us have nice things. All minor tgings are also looked into like manager asking all guests at breakfast to extra water bottles in the room when we called.

One of the best properties to be in when in Goa . Situated in the midst of the most happening Anjuna beach . The property is so well managed by the professional team with their leadership team in person meeting and hearing out to each and every guest . The property is very well maintained and holding on to the heritage tag . It has an elegant and rich look . Well least to mention all goodies don't come without the effort of each and every staff starting from onboarding and check-in to in room service . The breakfast spread again is very well thought off . And yes the cuisine for day out meals is so well crafted by the chef with some special Goan delicacies .

This trip is one of most memorable trip for our family and was purely because of the fantastic service by The Yellow House team lead by Mr. Vipul.
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and from the start to the end of our stay every moment the entire team was available to help us. They made us feel very special every time. This property is relatively new and to me it is sure to make it as one of the best small luxury hotels in Goa very very soon..
The credit goes to the entire team ( it will be unfair to name only a few as actually entire team was very caring and most importantly sincere — really appreciate) of yellow house and surely recommended for people who prefer luxury stay with great food /drinks and cozy and calm space with limited crowd and most importantly good team to take care of you sincerely well.
The Yellow House has easy access to some of the best beaches and clubs of North Goa.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in the 1st week of Feb..Right from the welcome till the check out it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. The experience was made even better by the staff who were perfectly trained, well groomed and very very courteous at the same time. Special mention to Debolina Mukherjee, Manager Operations and Shubham from her team who were helping out with every single detail during the event. To add to that, the food was also exceptional which elevated the experience in addition to the location and the property itself I wish to visit this property very soon. Much recommended to everyone.
