We checked-in at Westin due to the bad cyclone in Goa. There wasn’t any electricity for the last 1week so decided to stay here as we need electricity as we work remotely due to COVID. I met Raunak Uppal a young, enthusiastic and very helpful Gentleman who gave us great customer experience and never thought I would extend my stay for so long but he made us feel very special and comfortable. Thank you for all your generous and genuine care and hospitality. I have had the best experience with all the staffs working here. Shivanie Naik was another sweet lady who made as feel great. The very 1st day I received a chocolate and a card with Raunak and Shivanie’s name on it so that they could make me feel special. You guys are rocking the show!!!! Also had a great experience today while I went for breakfast which was after the breakfast hours as we woke up late. I wanted Frozen Yogurt however it wasn’t available but the Chef Mr Rajiv was such a Gentleman with great care he quickly made me a similar thing which he went out of his way to make us happy even if it was out of the breakfast menu or out of breakfast hours. You all are the best always. Westin Goa: You guys have appointed the top notch staffs who are actually going out of the box to raise the standards of the hote. Wish you the best of Success !!!!!…

My wife and I came with our 8 month old son for our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff took excellent care of us. They had a very nice and clean room, checkin was fast, their spa was amazing, food delicious and again I can’t say it enough- that staff was amazing. And our son enjoyed the kids room.

Perfect Stay! Good service by Nupoor and front desk. All the arrangements done upto the mark. Clean property. Decent pool. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery. Also perfect for monsoon season. Close to the market as well as beach. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed in Westin for almost a week and had the most awesome experience with the stay and the staff. Would specifically like to call out Nripender who is the front office manager for being of utmost help whenever needed. Also Sonu, the guy managing the bar dished out some of the most awesome cocktails we have ever had. Do seek him out if you are there. As I write this review I am sitting in one of the biggest and plushest hotels in South Goa and the one thing that I am sorely missing here is the great service that came so naturally to Westin staff. Would definitely prefer Westin over other hotels when I am here next!!

The room was awesome. We took a room with twin queen beds. The room was spacious, had a superb bathroom with a bath tub. The hotel had a great spa (I experienced myself). The kids play area was superb with Ms. Chaitali always taking good care of my kids. Above all the food quality was just out of the world - be it veg or non veg. And the hospitality was the best available anywhere. Just imagine you call housekeeping for something and the person (Mr. Akshay) is at your door within a minute. You get shaving kit in every hotel but on demand they also provided me with the After Shave lotion. The hotel has employed special Holiday Host Managers to take care of even the smallest needs of yours. Mr. Sagar Rai took the utmost care of ours and made sure that even our smallest needs & wishes were taken care of. All in all this was one of the best trips as far as hotel's quality and hospitality is concerned.…

Westin is always sets a benchmark we mostly stays in ITC this time we thought of staying Westin it was the best decision, we enjoyed throughly. View is fantastic from room, good food and finally I love to share name of your team who helped in our stay Avikash he is the best, helped in checkin checkout he was available on call every time which we loved that someone is there to help all the time, thank you Westin. I stay at Westin on last Sunday and property is very good. Location is also good. It is best 5 star hotel I found in Goa. Hotel staff are very co-operative and special mention to Mr Avikash Sharma who take care for everything and very helpful. I will visit again whenever I will go Goa.
