Less than a year old, this property in Anjuna, North Goa, is a little piece of heaven, calm and quiet in an otherwise rather bustling part of town. The decor, the service, the food, the location - just everything was beyond our expectations. We stayed here for a good 4 nights and not once were we given any reason to complain. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff who took such good care of us: Carissa, Onkar, Rachna and Chef Robert, thank you for making our stay in Goa so wonderful! We are surely going to be regulars at Anamiva!

I have stayed here multiple times, be it solo or with family and have always had a great experience.
My experience about the place as below.
Booked through an aggregator without breakfast but the hotel was sweet enough to add that to my package without any extra cost.
The property : absolutely centrally located at Anjuna, close by to all the happening places around Anuja, Assagaon and even Candolim, Baga.
Rooms are tastefully designed, spacious, comfortable and have a small powder room as well. I stayed at the basic room, each one has a desk to work on and a big bathroom. There are two arm chairs and a round table to have a meal as well.
Bathroom : modern, spacious and very, very nicely styled. Toiletries provided are premium.
The best part of this hotel is that one comfortably gets mobile network, be it Vodafone or Jio. They have great wifi as well, at no extra cost.
Parking is available right outside, in a designated slot.
Food : while they have a great restaurant - Moyo, it is expensive and top-notch when it comes to Food and Service but not every meal would be here.
I ordered in from zomato, and here is the best part of my stay. While the rider leaves your order with the security, it is promptly brought to your room by the room service staff, along with crockery and cutlery.
Breakfast : simple set menu for each day, good food and sufficient quantity as well. One day I got Idli Sambar and the other day there was Poori Subzi. The other days I missed breakfast because I was partying till 6am. Well, it’s goa!
The property is clean, new and very stylishly done up. The room rates are quite reasonable for the kind of property it is. Absolutely value for money.
Staff : very, very kind and helpful. Makes you comfortable and is assistive.
Security : it has round the clock security outside, and there is always someone at the reception.
In & around : walking distance : there is a liquor store, a small super market as well. There’s Norahna’s food truck, there is Babka for excellent coffee and desserts. All within 2 mins walking distance.
All in all, I would always stay here if I’m looking at a holiday in north goa.
This is best for solo and good for couple traveler’s. Big groups may not enjoy this place as there is limited space in hanging / chilling together, if that’s you’re agenda.

So the front desk girls , Pragati, Nikita and Mansi are really sweet and helpful.
We had booked 2 Rooms , we travelled in a group of 4 , and all four of us DID NOT LIKE THE BEDS. They are soft and leave you with a back ache.
I ordered for an extra bed ( Which were better). Therefore I landed up paying 1200 rs extra for an extra bed.
Food of the restaurant isn't great.
House keeping isn't upto the mark, there is a scope for improvement where house cleaning is concerned.
If they improve their soft beds, I would say this is a good Hotel in Anjuna, but our 5 nights we not very comfortable cause of the beds.

Looking at the pictures of this cute hotel I was hoping for a peaceful stay but unfortunately that was not to be the case. First and foremost there is a busy petrol pump right across the street and all day you can hear vehicles honking. Making it worse was that we chose to stay in the Junior Suite which directly faces the road. Then there was some construction going adjacent to the hotel which added to the noise. Even their rooms are designed illogically and offer zero sound proofing. Bathrooms have mesh windows covered with blinds and thus let all noise into your room. And the worst of all is that room doors don’t have door stoppers so you can hear guests bang their door even late at night. This is the least that they can fix to reduce the noise! And lastly the balcony door has a flimsy translucent curtain which lets all the light into your room adding to your sleeping misery.
They have a nice pool side lounge where they serve breakfast. The breakfast is quite underwhelming considering I paid 6.5K/night for my room. They have a limited spread of 4-5 dishes with eggs of your choice. My wife and I decided to skip the breakfast after the first day and chose to go to the nearby Eva Cafe and Artjuna. Highly highly recommend these breakfast spots. As for the pool, it is quite tiny and acts more as a complement to their restaurant than a standalone pool where you could enjoy swimming. Didn’t see anyone swimming in the pool in my 4 days of stay.
This is a brand new boutique hotel which has plush and tasteful interiors but the noise is a big big problem. Peaceful and comfortable sleep is a must on my vacations which was impossible to be had here. Plus breakfast also feels disappointing considering the amount you pay. I wouldn’t want to go back here.

Dear Mr. Apoorv, We thank you for your feedback. We do agree that we are on the main road, making our hotel accessible to all major points of interest in North Goa. Regarding the noise and light in the room, we have appreciated your comments and have started the process of fixing the same. Being a boutique hotel, the pool is not a lap pool, however, our guests have enjoyed the pool in the past, it is one of the few places in the area where guests can enjoy a meal, cocktail and a quick dip all in one place! We have also had #moyosessions pool parties, which have been huge success. At Anamiva, we believe always serving fresh meals, while the breakfast spread/buffet has 5-6 options, you can always order eggs, pancakes and other breakfast favorites without any restrictions, made fresh from our kitchen. If you are looking to stay somewhere where it all happens but still want the peace and quiet this is the place to be at! It's a gorgeous hotel situated at the heart of Anjuna connecting you to the beaches and all of the prime spots (either walkable or by a local taxi) but at the same time letting you enjoy the serenity and peace at the confines of the hotel. The rooms are very well designed and very comfortable and stylish. They have a lovely pool and I enjoyed lying by the pool, doing nothing. My husband and I stayed with them for about 10 days and my favourite part was the factor that the staff at the hotel are so amazing, and they make your comfort their perogative. The chef made little specials for us to try out which was absolutely delicious and they customized my meal to my liking and preference everytime I missed a home cooked meal. The restaurant manager was amazing and he was well spoken and is so personable. I highly recommend the cocktails made by Sachin from the bar. He's a lovely lad, always so cheerful and happy and makes some of the best cocktails I have had. It was like staying with a big happy family. As for our anniversary they made it so special with candles and a special meal which was really nice. Sanchit is an amazing host. He is communicative and very prompt and is very dependable. I will definitely want to stay with them again simply because they make you feel at home.

We stayed at Anamiva for 5 days. This was a leisure trip and staying at this hotel was a grate decision. The hospitality was awesome and the staff gave special attention to the needs of our kid, be it food, safe play areas and even books to read. Our special thanks to Pragati and Nikita.
Our room was pretty neat and the hotel has artistic touches pretty much everywhere. You find Buddha statues all around along with bamboos and water falls that make the ambience serene.
The Restaurant MOYO is really well designed and offers completely Asian Ambience. It is like a hidden gem in Goa. Food was also great and chef was also very accommodative for our special requests.
Overall a great experience and must recommended property. Our regards and congratulations to the whole team for making our stay memorable and for the hospitality. Look forward to visiting again

I stayed a couple of days at the penthouse suite to work and discover the area. Beach is 10 min away, but not my style so explored inland more. Some nice restaurants and cafe s nearby, but as usual in goa best to rent a scooter or car to explore as goamiles app is limited in this area. Staff really nice and hotel has nice space to enjoy relax and work from. Unfortunately the wifi was only strong enough in the front part of the room near the entrance the balcony and bathroom could not get the signal. Improvement here would be to place an wifi extender.

The place looks shoddy on the exterior.However step in and it's a cute lounge seating tastefully placed pieces of decor. Excellent air conditioning.lovely foliage around. Very friendly and hospitable Manasi and Aishwarya at the reception. They have an elevator that's relief. Very spacious rooms with excellent balconies. The linen/housekeeping Sucks big time. Stingy tea supply and milk satchets require multiple pleas. The cupboards are jammed . Breakfast; please dont pay up before test it out. Not very organized though unlimited nothing exciting. Not a buffet. Order pray he gets it right! Very inconvenient to get down in front of hotel and there is a single old watchman to tow the bags. The best part cool air conditioning spacious room and a great shower.

As Anjuna beach has a reputation of being a party town and noisy I picked this hotel as it was a couple of km inland. I arrived to find that there was a private music event on which had taken over the whole restaurant and the stage was built over the swimming pool. I was told the pool would be cleared and ready to use the next morning....of this hadn’t been the case I would have checked out there and then as this was my primary reason for staying here.
Initially I was told I couldn’t eat in the restaurant and I would have to sit in another area (!) but they found me a small table in the end. The food was however delicious. The next morning the whole stage was still over the pool, then I had to sit through all the banging of it being dismantled and by 11.30 I checked out as there were still no beds round the pool to use. Sadly for me it was a total waste of a stay...my one day off from volunteering with a charity and a chance to chill. Please check out any events before you decide to stay !

We do agree that there was an event - #moyosessions during your stay where we had international / world fusion music. The management has taken your comments regarding limited pool use very seriously, we are glad to inform that action has been taken so that there are no more guests that face the same issue and pool will be accessible to all guests during operational time. To all guests who wish to know if there is an event happening at Moyo - we update all on our social media pages regarding the latest events. However, we do re-assure all guests that #moyosessions and other events are all experimental, calm and soothing events - that fit well with the vibe of Anamiva.
