I was there with two people in January 2020 and have been coming here for eight or even nine years, it is always nice and relaxing. Jessi and Peter are very friendly hosts, I feel very safe and secure. Thanks Jessi and Peter. I look forward to the next time! 🌺

Had visited this place with my friends and family, and it was very enjoyable holidays. Hotel is running by a family. Territory is clean, green and silent, our hosts - Peter and Jessie - was very friendly and helpful. I used their “rent-a-bike” service as well without any problems. Definitely, This place deserves attention, when planning a holidays in Goa.

We visited Boons ark with family and friends last week. Had great relaxing stay. We took our 2 dogs along with us, even they enjoyed a lot. This property is great, it's perfect combination of affordable rates, location, peace, great swimming pool. Jessie the owner was very cooperative. Thanks Jassie. We will visit again for sure.

One of the worst stays ever. Peter is very non cooperative. Sheets and towels were not clean and there was no housekeeping even after 2 hours of request. Will never visit this place and do not recommend this to any body.

Booked this place just a week before our vacation, almost in hurry. Felt it might be alright after reading reviews and interacting with Ms Jessie (she's the lone star in this review) Soon after we arrived, we felt the cold, inhospitable and uncaring attitude of the proprietor, some Peter. Made the mistake of renting a bike from him. Was given a bike without a proper registration and had to pay a traffic fine of Rs 200. When I complained about it, I was bluntly told I should have been "quick the head". He refused to reimburse me the amount saying "I went for enjoyment" and that it was my fault. What more, I was overcharged by a third of the normal rate for returning the bike later than the agreed time; reason: I would have spent more if I had taken other modes of transport. Really?! The guy only cares about how much money he can extract from you. There were mosquitoes which we complained about, nothing was done by the guy. Later, Ms Jessie helped us with some bug spray. The rooms were never serviced, the sheets and towels were never changed. You'll even have to separately ask for drinking water! Staying at this place has been one of the worst experiences for me and my wife. I'm sure for the price we paid, you'd find much better guesthouses who really care for their travelers. This was a stain on my otherwise beautiful Goan experience. Do your research, find a real host, or stay at a hotel.

Boons Ark is a nice, no frills hotel. For the price you are definitely getting your moneys worth, but keep in mind it is a no frills hotel. Forget any 5* expectations, except from the staff whose service is amongst 7* Peter will sort you out with transport and suggestions of where to go and what to do. Alot of restaurants close by and the beach is not too far away.

Our group had booked the whole hotel for 4 nights. This hotel is run by a family. The rooms are good and overall ambience is also very good. The owners make it a priority to keep the hotel and premises super clean. The level of clinliness is such that U can even roam outside the rooms and in the verandah bare feet. The services are excellent.

2 friends stayed there for a week long visit. Pretty cozy place, sufficiently green and tidy. Peter (the owner) was friends and helping. Just the right place in the middle of Big vagator - good eateries at walking distance of 4 -5 mins. Small fridges are provided in the rooms - you can buy drinks etc and keep them there. Thanks :)
