We stayed at Central B&B for 10 days, visiting from Scotland.We had 2 rooms booked as we are a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 teens and a 9 year old. The booking process was really straightforward. Jayant and Vidushi were very quick to respond and payment was via secure transfer (wise.com). They have lots of tips and recommendations in advance so we could plan as much as we could in advance. Our stay was fantastic. An oasis of calm which we were reluctant to leave. All other B & B should aspire to this.. Food and tour recommendations all spot on. Rooms easily rival 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The team of house staff were always approachable, made great breakfasts (omelettes, fresh aloo paratha, idli - cereal and toast also available) and the masala chai will be missed. If they would start a chain so that we could find an equivalent in each major city in India that would be ideal😊…

I have stayed in multiple bed and breakfasts in India and around the world. I can safely say that Central BnB is the best BnB in India by far! The owners have focused on the smallest details in making their rooms modern, comfortable and well equipped. Our room had blackout curtains and clean white linen for a wonderful night's sleep. It also had a flat panel TV with a 5.1 surround system (!) and access to all major streaming services. The bathrooms were well-lit and had modern touches such as a mirror with surround lighting. Finally, the common areas are nice to hang out in and have amenities like a table tennis table too! All in all, Jayant and his family have gone the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. The location is extremely "central" as well. Before my trip, I was considering staying at a 5 star hotel like the Taj Bengal or ITC Royal Bengal. I am so glad I elected to stay here instead!…

This host, Jayant is amazing. From the moment you are booked, he will help answer and solve any concerns related from travel to shopping. It is located close by to 2 big malls (Quest, Forum, H&M) and Park Street, Uber is the preferred mode of transport to make sure you get back easily. Very clean, safe for women and kids also, staff friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend it. Stayed 2 nights.

It's not a hotel .. just an apartment with six roo ms. There is no room service. But necessary electronics items are available. Just two staff are available. Rooms are neat and clean. I found it as new concept for boarding. For food zomato and swiggy is there. It feels like staying at home. Over all we enjoyed our staying .

It was our absolute pleasure that we opted for Central Bed and Breakfast for our five days stay in Kolkata. Complete homely feeling ❤️ Jayant is a perfect host and a genuine human being. He is always ready to help and guide . He makes sure that his guests are well looked after. I am totally agreeing with other travellers who stayed here on the top notch, superior level facilities that are provided to the guests. No doubt, his property is on NUMBER ONE, if u search on Google 😃 The property is recently renovated and each room is carefully curated. I was amazed to see a fan in the bathroom ! His caretaker Sanjay was ready to serve delicious and hot breakfast as per our choice. Our stay was truly memorable one 😇 Jayant ji personally came to see us on Sunday. Simply Love this Place, it's a beautiful property Everything is perfect about this Property. I recommend everyone stay once when you plan for a relaxing entire day. The best thing about this property is, that u can feel your Home also 🏡 Want to add a few words - The owner is a True Gentleman & a very humble, person. I had booked 2 rooms for my parents and in-laws for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious and newly renovated with even surround sound speakers set up which was really cool. Host Mr. Jayant was super helpful and polite all the way through. The chief cook and housekeeper Mr. Sanjay made really delicious food and was always willing to help. Definitely recommended if you want to stay at heart of the city and have a good accommodation.

Central Bed & Breakfast : Well maintained, clean, hygienic and homely atmosphere. Best view room 701 to 703. We especially loved the tech in the room powerful ac, air purifier, good wifi, well located charging points, good lighting, big flat panel TV and common furnished kitchen. Central was just perfect in every way - the interiors (newly redone!) were just perfect - with every detail thought of! 😍 Beautiful design, large windows, super luxurious bedding and furnishing, and great amenities (branded toiletry, snacks etc) made the stay beautifully comfortable. We especially loved the tech in the room (powerful ac, air purifier, good wifi, well located charging points, good lighting, tv subscription services already signed in, surround sound etc). Great service from the host and the caretaker made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! We've stayed at multiple Airbnbs in and outside of India, and this reminded us of ultra luxurious rentals in New York/Vancouver. This is a far cry from the crappy Airbnbs you see in India typically. Worth every penny!

This property is kiterally in the heart of the city and extremely well maintained, clean, hygienic and ultimate value for money. Me and my wife stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. This place is much much better than any 4-star hotel in the same area. Tariff is super bang for the buck for the facilities you get Jayant is a fantastic host and an extremely amicable person who was ready to help out even for the slightest niggles. Highly highly recommended and will definitely put up here on my next visit to Calcutta. All the very best Jayant and super grateful for all the help you extended to make our stay comfortable.
