The place is nice but is heavily understaffed and the services are very slow. If you order lunch, at 2 they won't be able to serve it for the next 2 hours. Every meal has to be ordered at least two hours in advance and several of the items on the menu are not available. The Adult pool is now closed and everyone has to make to with the Kids pool. The pool experience was still satisfactory. The hotel staff is perpetually in a rush and yet is doing a tardy job of keeping the place running. Overall, the place doesn't offer as good of a service as the place looks from outside. This place is a perfect example of how you should never judge a book by it's cover. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

Exprienced is very poor. They gave us unhealthy and torned bedsheet.food quality is ok but the price unbelievable one plate toast omlet price 120rs which i can not belive. As per government rule they can not charge coldrinks price more than MRP.2lt clodrinks price outside 90rs but they charge 137rs.which is unethical. If u ask any item 3/4plate they provide together in one bowl(less quantity). Some staff behavior Very rude.i will suggest u not to select this property for fun.because end of the day u will feel cheated.

A good place to visit with family and friends. Just the communication is a little bit difficult. It has a good, clean swimming pool with some activity area. The most unique thing is the bonfire and the atmosphere

This is the worst resort I have ever been to. Stayed for 2 days and there was a marraige anniversary party with loud music in place. Who would like to be in a resort with loud music going on across everywhere. Secondly, its the most dirty resort I have even been to. Staff was somewhat ok but they arent people friendly atall. Alltogether, if you wana kill your money and if its valueless for you then you can try, otherwise JUST DON’T GO!
