They are a bunch of money scavengers. Pics they will show rooms to be big and when you reach there is hardly enough space to breath, room was so small and smelly. i suggest dont book this hotel ... its look like a guest house
Stayed here for 5 nights, must say they were the most forgettable nights. The room (205) we stayed in had no window, was only slightly bigger than smallest of office cubicles. It would smell of camphor balls the moment we entered the room and it felt like we are in a chemistry lab. Even though we would get the room cleaned daily, the floor would get dirty as the threads from the bathroom mat stuck to our feet and got spread on the floor quickly. The bed sheets, pillow covers, comforter and the bath towels were cheap and unclean.
Excellent service and staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast in restaurant was very nice. Short distance walk to several nearby restaurants. Would recommend and will stay again if I ever tour the area again.
I would say average hotel with basic features. staffs were ok. location is the plus point of this hotel. although i was visited this hotel 4 times now but yeah i was almost satisfy. i also prefer this because of the location.
Spent 2 nights here. Hotel is conveniently located just beside the EM Bypass (Tagore Park bus stop near Ruby Hospital). Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. The standard rooms we stayed in was a bit small but okay if you need it just to spend the night. Staff were friendly. Overall a very good experience.
All the staff including the manager misbehaved with me and also my guest who was visiting me during my stay at the hotel. Some of the employees of the hotel were using the adjacent service staircase next to my room window intermittently without any reason and thus disturbing my peaceful stay. The total disturbance on that day during my short period of stay and undue and unwanted and unsolicited trouble meted out to me is beyond any words and it cannot be compared with any monetary loss or privilege.I am sorry to add that this type of behavior and attitude from an industry which is totally termed as hospitality industry is beyond my imagination.
wow..it was a great experience to stay. food was too good and all staff was so friendly and comfortable . welcome satisfaction was awesome, room was clean and hygenic . staff was so friendly that i even remember some of the names like bapi, jayonto it was my comfort stay and a lovely experience . i would love to stay again .
We will check in 1st April. The nice process of check in they have. Receptionist are very friendly. They offers cold drink at the time of check in, which seems a unique to us.We think it is best deal in kolkata.Hotel is centrally located.Very good in cleaning. Food also fine.
I was not confident while booking the hotel as the reviews were not that great, however I took courage to book the hotel. The only reason for me to book this hotel was the location. The hotel is on the the EM Bypass. Science City, Garia Haat market, Airport, Garia town is very close from this hotel. I was unaware of the room size and booked a standard room, which was found to be very cozy. Fortunately there was a bigger room available with additional charges which was known as Executive Suite, which was pretty decent. The hotel has a restaurant at the entrance, where they served homely fresh cooked food. One can grab a taxi whenever they want outside the hotel. Bus stand is just 2 minutes walking distance. Overall it was a good experience.
Small room which was dirty.Bedsheets provided were not fresh and the staff did not care about changing them even after informing.Bathroom cum toilet is is small but the biggest drawback was that the water outlet is near the bathroom exit and clogged. You have to go over the dirty water after a bath into the room.
