Stayed in this property for its well placed location only. This place requires urgent maintenance. Stayed in Room #406. The housekeeping staff are prompt and are always willing to help and serve. The room dining staff are useless and too slow and most of the time they will bring you the wrong order. Anyway, the room requires urgent maintenance. I’m loading few pics of the loft cover in the Wash area which has come out and lots of insects and flies were entering the wash area through it. Though the housekeeping staff were very prompt in sorting out the matter by closing the loft cover with Scotch Tapes.

The charges are higher than the service and the kind of rooms that they have. Service is good! Food is also good!! Everything inside the room looks a little old even the bathroom! They need a upgrade!

The hotel can be very easily located as it is on the main road. Even though it's on the main road there is peace and quiet. The staff is helpful and warm and are prompt in responding to requests by guests. The rooms in the older wing are decent sized and the ones in the new wing are spacious. Cleanliness is satisfactory. The bathrooms have a glass enclosured shower area and the water supply is uninterrupted ( both hot and cold). The rooms are air conditioned and also have a fan. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air if required. The breakfast is good with a decent spread of Indian and continental dishes. I cannot comment on the restaurant as I have hardly ordered there. Overall very good stay
