Although I was an occasional visitor and used to take massage at Aura Spa since it’s opening around 2005, recently I took massage after a gape of few years. It was a pleasant surprise, to get a warm welcome and thorough explanations about all therapies from the receptionist Shruti. She was very courteous. Thereafter the therapeutic massage given by therapist Ami was excellent. Considering the grand size and interiors of rooms and other complimentary services like steam, sauna and jacuzzi, this is indeed the best place for a massage in the city of Kolkata.

This was my first time at The Park, Kolkata. I have stayed at most 5 star hotels in Kolkata but The Park was the best experience. Centrally located and the epicenter of all the party spots. I am happy to share that I had a fantastic stay during the Puja holidays for 5 days. Check in and check out was smooth. The front desk is a very busy place but the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The food (we had breakfast only) was excellent. They have a varied menu catering to most parts of India. I was delighted with the Bengali offerings. The South Indian was better than what I get in South India (and I am from Kerala). Souvik and Vasanthi were the chefs who gave us the various culinary delights. Special mention of the housekeeping, cleaning and laundry - services were impeccable. Pros - location, food, service, housekeeping Cons - a bit noisy on account of the night clubs, lobby always crowded (probably due to Durga Puja) Highly recommend this hotel (choose higher floors)…

We had a fantastic experience at the Park Kolkata during Durga Puja. The service was smooth and fast, staff were polite and helpful and the overall ambience was very welcoming and pleasant. We loved the food from the in house restaurants Bridge and our lunch at Zen. To top it all the the hotel had their own Durga Puja where we could participate and say our prayers. We would love to stay at Park in our next visit to Kolkata.

My arrival was delayed due to a flight cancellation but the hotel were very understanding in approving a request for a later than usual check out. Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful in trying to assist me in planning a whirlwind sightseeing afternoon due to the limited time that had available.
