We stayed at this hotel for the first time last October. We had come over for my engagement and my father fell in love with the place. Decided that the wedding will happen at this hotel. Unfortunately we lost him earlier this year but we fulfilled his wishes and organised the stay for the family for the wedding that just got concluded.
Loved everything about the stay. The rooms are perfect, the restaurant is well lit and the ambience is warm and cozy. Even the lobby areas and the reception lounge gave the feeling of home. Food here was beyond fantastic. We held some lunches and dinners for the family here which were organised at the restaurant itself. But did a bigger meal at the banquet hall one of the days which was perfect too.
The GM Shiv Mehta, other members of the team including Joy, Sumit, Rishabh and all of the staff, be it cleaning or at the restaurant were kind and swift at their responses to any requests from the family. They were kind enough to even charge on actuals for days where the numbers were less than the minimum guarantees on meals.
This review is on behalf of not just my immediate family but all other 35 extended family members who stayed with us at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Even though primarily a business hotel, it will be a perfect space for occasions of all kinds.

I had to travel to Kolkata but was apprehensive of the current situation of Covid.I had reached Lynq aero 2 hours prior check in and they made all arrangements picture perfect. Things were sanitized properly including the whole room, inspire of having less staff they took utter care to each and every visitor and their request.I was pleased with the behavior of the hotel staff and would recommend everyone travelling to kolkata to have a stay here. Although the gym and swimming facilities are closed due to vivid, I would love to avail all the amenities when I come back with my family. Special thanks to Mr.Pravir.

This hotel is one of the few hotels which provide an amazing experience for a very reasonable price in an extravagant place like Sector V of Kolkata.
The hotel staff and the receptionist were well behaved and very polite when it came to dealing with a problem we faced in our room and room service was easily available on demand.
The only major problem I found in our room was the sole presence of centralised A.C, without any separate ceiling fan.
Overall I feel that the hotel is an excellent choice if you want an amazing stay at a very pocket friendly price.

We booked a superior king size room but was given some other smaller room with two single beds. Upon checking, the manager simply say they can’t do anything about it as they don’t have rooms available. When we asked them to provide a refund for the difference in room prices, they said it’s not possible as it was booked online. The floor and bed sheets of the room were dirty and there were mosquitos in the room. When asked to provide a mosquito repellant, they simply said that they will get it, but even after waiting for 1.5 hrs they did not get it, and we had to sleep as it is.

Stayed for 7 days Hotel is open without hot water option in bathroom. A whole night AC breakdown and electricity too, and after that GM and FOM doesn't follow up or meet guest(even if there is only 5 guest in the entire 77 room hotel) to talk about the inconvenience. They act like nothing happened. As a star category hotel, first two days chinaware came with food order, then steel plate followed by paper plates. FOM has a very stronf follow up to take payments from you then there will be no follow up from his side even if there is the biggest inconvenience. Cleanliness was not good too even after I was the first guest to stay after lockdown - spider webs on ceiling in my first room, cement residue behind the sink. When room was getting changed due to AC and electricity breakdown saw a unwanted guest(mouse), had to change room again. Only positive thing is hotel is new so everything look great but when it comes to hospitality, there is welcome only on first day.

I stayed in this hotel as part of paid institutional quarantine when I made a trip from abroad to Kolkata. Price-wise this hotel is pocket friendly, however it looked that their service was way below par. As part of package for institutional quarantine, it had 3 meals, however the meal had same menu all the day. There was no variation and you are bound to get tired to eat same food everyday. Even the food served in dinner is the same one that was served during lunch, and if you are lucky you might get the same next day also. As said services were quite poor, someday you would get breakfast at 9, sometimes at 10, forget about the lunch and dinner timings, often giving a feeling that you are at their mercy even though one is paying for all the services. Also, their à la carte menus were limited (might be because of corona, not sure). I even had the pleasure of tasting the worst vegetable pakoras of my life 😀. Apart from those I did not had the opportunity to check out other facilities at the hotel. So, I would say think twice before staying.

Our family comprising I, my wife and daughter stayed for two nights on 30/08 and 31/08/20 in two separate rooms. The overall ambience of the hotel is calm and quiet. The staff, especially, the boy named Prabir were super friendly and eager to help out 24x7 with any little assistance. The manager Mr. Manas was equally sensitive to all our special requirements. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and also seemed to have been duly sanitised against the ongoing nuisances, viruses etc. Overall, a nice experience to stay. Will surely make repeat visit, if so required.

Lynq Aero is centrally located in the Salt Lake area & is very comfortable for corporate and business travellers. I went there solo and stayed for an over a week. My stay was amazing with good services that are decently priced. The office staff & especially like to call our Mr. Sumit Acharya was very helpful and he accommodated for all my requests. It’s a must visit for all business or solo travelers coming for work in Kolkata.
