Great food as well as fantastic service in the Kava restaurant of the hotel. Particularly from Suraj Singh and Biswas who were excellent every morning and evening and couldn’t do any more to ensure a fantastic experience Rakib was also great!!

visited the restaurant and it was a really good experience. The food was great and the staff were all very courteous and welcoming. The hospitality was amazing and it made our dinner a very comfortable experience.

Always my favourite hotel in Kolkata, the staffs here are absolutely amazing. From the meet and greet, reception, to the restaurant and bar. I appreciate the kind staffs of KAVA bar, fantastic people, especially Mr Suraj, the bar manager, service is unmatched. The staffs truly cares about your experience.

This property had so many good things going for it. The room large with very comfortable beds, an excellent restaurant with an innovative menu and a staff that knew the food and could instruct on local specialties to try. The staff overall excellent so helpful and big personalities that feel going to miss their presence when departed.

I really enjoyed staying here. Staff is very kind and courteous. Always get an upgrade and great service. Two people specifically I would like to thank is Apurba who is stationed at the front desk and Suraj Singh who works in the restaurant at L1. These two always have a smile on their face and make the guests feel like they are family. This is absolutely essential in the customer service industry. Well done gentlemen!
