The GM of the hotel is unprofessional he misbehaved and mis communicated with one of our corporate client. He does not even know how to manage the bookings and unnecessarily bothered our client during his 11 nights stay. I would ask everyone not to book this hotel at all and we would backlist this hotel from our company. If the owner of the hotel or any senior is reading this review please take strict action against Mr. Das.

Hotel rooms are below average with basic amenities and the washroom is extremely tiny. The surrounding area is not highly recommended to stay as I felt a lot of unnecessary stares and comments from the neighbourhood which made me both awkward and scared. These incidents happened in daytime as well. This area is not so clean as well. However hotel staffs are extremely amicable and they tried to help in each single matter from relevant c-port charger managing (I remembered one of the staffs gave his own charger for a full day even), searching quality bindiya or even finding a money exchange outlet nearby.

The guest budget was very very low and could not afford superior rooms. The people from this particular place always comment like this but a few days before their stay even european people stayed in that room and very happy. Free word you can use every time in hotel is not possible.

Very Medicore hotel. It's quite far from the main park Street area as well. The most dissapointing thing was there were so many mosquitoes in the bathroom. Seems like it wasn't cleaned. Hardly any room fr the place to walk as well. The breakfast was bellow standards. I found the food to be stale as well. Avoid this hotel if u are not on a budget. I would recommend to spend a bit more and stay in newer properties which offer something more. My rating is 2/5 fr this property.

As per the booking we allotted the room. if informed during the stay, As per breakfast is concerned, we give Indian bread, cornflakes with milk, toast with butter and jam, juices, fruits, tea /coffee and eggs. We think breakfast is a standard one as per the budget and guest can order any other items on payment basis.

This is a homely hotel. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean with adequate amenities. The food however requires some improvement. Complementary breakfast served is average and at par with most other hotels of the class. However, it's a huge boon that the hotel is centrally located.

This hotel is ideally located near park street. It is approximately a 20 min walk to St. Paul’s cathedral and 25 min walk to Victoria memorial. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They even booked an Uber for us when the hotel WiFi was broken. Overall a lovely stay and good value for money. Highly recommend.

The service was amazing to say the least. But everything else was terrible. The hotel is outdated and dirty, which I could pass if the rooms were clean, but the bedsheets had spots and dirt all over it, the room appeared to have never been wiped, the AC smelled like dirty feet, the shower didn’t had any hot water ever, there were dead insects behind the beds and the lamps were covered in dust. The food was okay, the coffee is terrible but they have a good masala chai. Again, this is terrible since all the staff were really nice and lovely.

An average hotel situated in the heart of Park Circus area. The staffs were so so.Food served was good. The main issue was the size of the room and washroom, which were literally cramped. The rate and rating should be revised to match the same. Otherwise it's good.

Family summer vacation tour. Had pre-planned this hotel. And I was not disappointed. Situated in superb calm area (Park street). Nice to have a walk in the evening, many small shops available on the roads. My room was Double Deluxe AC D6 4th floor. Very nice room, big enough for a family of 2+2. My booking included extra mattress + breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights 7 days and we enjoyed a lot. Staff was very nice and helpful. Manager was nice gentleman. Bed was very comfortable. Room had sofa, table, AC, TV, cupboard,.. Few channels specially BabyTV was not working (sad for my 3 yrs old son). AC was working great. Few electricals switches are placed too low i believe, for a small kid to play with them. Bathroom was good, big enough. Restaurant is is ground floor. We enjoyed daily breakfast. Egg, milk, tea, bread, fruits, ..lots of options. Very nice restaurant. Only con is that room service for food order was very slow. It took almost 1 hour for any food order to be delivered in room. Other than this, fully satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

The prime feature of the hotel is it's location at Park street near Park circus. I stayed here on a weekend trip with my husband. I haven't booked breakfast along with my room since other trip advisor members had given a negative review about the food but what we ate here, we found satisfactory which includes yellow Daal (Lentil soup), plain rice & garlic naan for dinner and toast , omelette, poori bhaji (it was quite good) for breakfast. Complementary fruit plate was also provided from the hotel on our arrival day. Now about the other things, staff was friendly, helping and courteous. I gave some clothes for laundry and the service functioned appropriately as mentioned by hotel. The room was clean with decently working hot water supply and air conditioner. We stayed in room number D4 on 4th floor. As I mentioned above that the hotel is situated at a prime location in Kolkata but the surroundings are slightly filthy. It is situated at one end of the park street which is much more quieter than the other end where the night atmosphere is comparatively lively and you have more good restaurant options there. The wifi service was erratic.
