Pros - Clean rooms and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff especially Deeba, good air conditioning, free WiFi, LCD TV with good channel selection, good value for money, breakfast was good (delivered to the room only), fridge and kettle available inside room, good air conditioning, has small mini mart close by, walking distance to Quest Mall. Cons - Limited space in room, quite small elevator/ lift, had issue with hot water for shower (uses the Tank Water Heater type, hot water supply only lasted for 1-2 minutes, could be due to low capacity tank), bathroom could be improved (towel rack, soap tray, slow drainage), mattress comfort can be improved, guests are to pay particular attention to check out time (it is 11 am not 12 pm). Overall had a good stay besides minor issues mentioned above.…

The locality of this hotel is not so good but it is close to main road. The Room is small to walk properly. The staffs are new. Food quality is not much good. More improvement is needed in service. Front staff is good.

Regarding the location sir and locality i assure you our location can be counted as a prime location through out Kolkata, West Bengal. A casual search on Google Maps can verify and satisfy you on this regard that our property is situated not just on the main road across the Police Station of Karaya Road, Ballygunj, but also it is a very prime location across the center of city. Also since you had checked in only 8 days after our hotels opening date we do apologies for any inconvenience you had to face due to our lack of experience of which we can assure you that it will not be repeated.
