This is my 3rd visit to the resort and the staff are very friendly and active. During my first visit my room was decorated by Mr. Swapan and it was done beautifully, along with her Ms. Payal helped with housekeeping work and the cleaning was also very good. They ensured that the rooms are cleaned on time and properly.

Sorry to say but the prices are extremely high especially the menu card for example one plate of tandoori chicken of 2 tiny pieces costed us 750 rupees excluding GST.The food is not up to the mark compared to the prices they are charging.So summing up this place is very expensive compared to similar resorts in and around Kolkata, but nothing exclusive. Five star prices for 4 star facilities and 3 star food.

Stayed for a day at private pool access room, Getting into the pool from here was really good,enjoyed a lot,swapan yamuna and payel made the stay better by providing everything we required.just food could taste a bit better,other wise everything was good.

Good resort service and out of the city location. Housekeeping team is good especially swapan and jamuna who are very good at greeting and to have a conversation with. Overall good for for a short family outing where you want to relax and enjoy the resort services .
