We were at Kenilworth Hotel Kolkata more than 2 weeks. Better: we were at home. We are four, my wife, me and our just adopted children. The whole staff was very very kind, they did their best and transformed our experience in Hotel, in pandemic times, in very nice days. Thank you very much. God bless you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Kenilworth Hotel. The Hotel is centrally located in Kolkata, with easy access to eateries, the main areas of Kolkata, and several transportation options. Easy to book cabs also to move around. We were impressed with the various Covid protocols in place. All staff were wearing masks. The hotel had plenty of space to socially distance and provided both indoor and outdoor seating at the coffee shop. Breakfast was part of the room and we were able to enjoy an array of dishes, both continental and Indian along with some made-to-order items, such as masala dosa and aloo paratha. Excellent service all around and the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout! Room had all the amenities and was very comfortable! Wonderful stay and we highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a comfortable and clean hotel in the heart of the city!

We have been to Kenilworth 4 times, out of which 2 times we have had the most horrible experience. Last visit of tip of the iceberg. The bookings were messed up by Alka their team member. Double occupancy with king bed was made single occupancy. The rates of the room differ when booking earlier and at the hotel site. After this the hotel did not have the courtesy to give us a proper room. We were given a room above which constant construction noise was coming. We called the reception over 10 times but no action was taken. The hotel GM Kevin assured things will be resolved but it was all sweet talk and no action. Prices are too high for the quality of service they provide. You can be rest assured the stay will be horrible

The room which we had originally booked had issues but they upgraded to suite room with the same cost. Very generous staff always available. Good ambience and the restaurant Aromas serves really good food both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Had stayed there for a day. Good atmosphere. The hotel is in the heart of Park Street. 5 minutes from maidan hotel. The rooms are specious. Because of covid only one restaurant . Amandeep was really efficient with all the hotel information. I requested for a early check in. Which was handed very nicely. Overall good experience.
