If you walk into this restaurant/hotel, you will be surprised to see that no one is there to welcome you or help you with any information. No queuing system. Nobody knows anything. Very sad to see such a big hotel with such unexpected service, rather no service. This has happened to me twice. Avoid going to this place to avoid ignored.
Rooms are cleaned well but services of this hotel are poor ,room keeping poor. Also I ordered morning breakfast from here which is so bad and not cooked well. Rooms are not cleaned and washrooms are so unhygeined.
The food quality,taste,and their behavior are too good.They have lot of varities in their menu.Restaurant has pleasant ambience. Japanese, Chinese,Thai, Continental,Indian, every type of food is available here. Good for family dinner.
Despite paying in full for our accomodation prior to leaving Australia, when we arrived to check in we were refused because “no foreigners allowed to stay”. We showed our reciept and asked to speak to manager. We got no where and had to find alternative accommodation. We are still waiting for a refund.
The hotel should understand that when someone gets a good deal through OYO or MMT then they should not fight over it with the customer. It is not the customer fault that the room rates were low. The staff here is very rude and not ready for any reasoning.
