The Khannas are great hosts,with a well maintained house,done up with pan Indian handicrafts. I stayed only for 2 hours,and left, because I searched for a heritage building and got a home stay in the modern part of the city. Pluses...Friendly,welcoming. Minuses- Be ready for a standard sales pitch on how good they are. Very poorly informed about the city,they didn't even know the iconic flower market. Hygiene..Not good.My bathing soap had strands of hair on it. Choose it if you want to be near the new part of city. But if you are looking for a heritage stay,stay away!!

I booked the property for my friends who were visiting Kolkata. The property is located in very accessible part of Salt Lake. The house itself is beautifully decorated and a lot of attention has been put to details. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. Definitely recommending for groups.
