It's a nice boutique hotel. located in prime location..room was clean, services were good ,staff was very well behaved. We enjoyed our stay very much.We went to celebrate a birthday party of our friend ,so they offer a cake from their side also.over all we were happy with their services & behaviour.I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone.
Worst hotel try to avoid, the towels and Lenin’s were not clean, to add management is of moronic mind set and rude, Abhishek kumar shah and Sunjan Dutta should be immediately thrown out for the betterment of the hotel. Other staff members are good and food taste is a plus.
Very good high-class clean & negotiable price resort @ramnagar near jim corbett national park .all facilities (Wi-Fi, indoor-outdoor games, swimming pool) are available in this resort. very hygienic resto.good food quality & staff is very careful, humble & Co-operative...Like that...Pls must visit family & friends & enjoy the jungle safari with aura...
We stayed here for three nights while we had a shopping tour from Bangladesh. We decided to stay somewhere near New Market and selected this hotel, because it is situated at the corner for link road connected to four ways and easy to reach from all the way. We booked two rooms, out of these one room at the top floor was horrible. They provided used bed sheet & pillow cover. But, after complaining, next day they provided a better room and we were happy. Restaurant at the ground floor offers buffet breakfast (included in room price) with limited option and serve lunch and dinner, which was very helpful, when you don't have intention to go outside for food. Customer service at front desk was average because they appointed two internees to serve, they were courteous and polite but not skilled. Mr. Milon a Manager was very helpful and attended us very well. We were finally satisfied and recommend this place.…
CHEATER is the only suitable word for this hotel, please do not book this hotel, they will rip you off, rooms are very dirty, breakfast was stinky and was smelling like rotten food, fat old manager at the age of retiring is still working in that hotel and literally have got no respect for any guests and shouts at all the guests there. These people never except their fault and always have excuses they have travel desk for the guest, but it literally for the guest to rip them off, they have got good setting with the third party and always ask to pay more and more, please please do not book this hotel even for free. THIS IS PLACE OF CHEATERS
The overall experience was excellent. After having discussion with hotel manager Mr. Rakesh G everything has been done as expected and instructions as I was booked this property for my brother who were coming from abroad with his family and travelling to home town.Pick from airport to hotel and drop from hotel to station everything was well organised. Morning breakfast was also tasty and healthy. Value for money option and overall excellent services and supportive team members. Thanks..Amit Bagaria
It surprises me to see so many good reviews about this property. Not that I have had any bad experience here but this place is certainly crammed and not breathable. As told by a Taxi driver, this place called Lakhan Lal used to be an eatery for taxi-drivers, rickshaw pullers where a worker could eat a full meal for for just $ 0.35. The owner ran this biz for several decades and today is the owner of this 3* star property. Located amidst a bustling bazaar area with shops & vendors, with people & more people (don't forget that India is a country with a billion plus population) what can we expect - cars honking, crowd yelling, dirt, squalid poverty, etc. To add to this cacaphony are calls from the muezzin emitting from nearby mosques which makes it a nightmare as the sound-proof windows just does not help. And since I was on the 1st floor you had the employees talking to each other in loud voices. When I mentioned this, I was told that the Bangladeshi guests make all the noises as they come out of the rooms and speak in the corridors. Perhaps true, but I can't confirm this. But it is true that they can be seen in droves (they all come here to Kolkata for medical treatment, etc.) in this locality. Rooms are very crammed with every bit of furniture thrown in so much so it feels very claustrophobic. The lighting inside the rooms appears to be one similar to a dark cave being lit. The miniature window provided (covered) opens out to some dirty surroundings so this is ruled out. Enter the bath and one sees a miniature sized wash-basin (literally the size of your palm) so much so the freebies given (shampoo, dental kit, moisturizer) have to be placed at the top of the window ledge above the toilet bowl. The towels provided are loose string towels and certainly overused one. The bed linen is certainly faded and overused too. The first thing that hits you as soon as you enter the ESPLANADE Restaurant is the putrefying smell. This place too is also badly lit and one gets the feeling of entering another dark-hole. Food is palatable but takes a lot of time. I saw on two ocassions walk-in customers (there is a separate entrance from the road) who left as food preparation was delayed. The only saving grace is this Front Office Manager called Rakesh Mahato whom I found very helpful and understanding. Not a good experience for a global traveller BUT not a nightmare too for those who can manage a cavern.…
