I'm really amazed to see that this hotel is not at all bothered to change the quality of the dish. Last time , we had visited this hotel on Durga Puja & complained about the mutton being not cooked, still it's the same today!
Rooms are very small and a double bed room is for single occupancy. The hotel is mainly for seminars and meetings of Corporates tourists should avoid this hotel. The food is good and the kitchen provides good quality food. An open space to breathe is premium for the hotel.
The hotel is very much overpriced.. Rooms are too small to be charged so high.. Food is also very very expensive.. Not worth.. There are far better hotel in this price range.. Recommended is not to stay in pan asia
During office trips use to stay in this hotel, Good facilities and ambienceis good can do better with space management. Needs to provide pick and drop facilties to airport as locate it a difficult task. Alot of eatery around for lunch and dinner apart from hotel menu. Very close to famous park street of kolkota . Service can be alot better for the charges they take
The rates of room was not suiting the type of room. Food was good but I felt that for a single person the quantity of food in a plate they serve is too much. This was the standard quantity they provide. So maybe they can take feedback from others too and think of making the quantity being served a little less or maybe lowering down rates too. No good in wasting the food. Or buffet lunch/dinner should be started.
I stayed for just a day, and almost walked out at the sight of claustrophobic rooms! The one allotted to me ft first had a nasty odour which I refused to enter and after much pleading and argument was allotted a similar room on higher floor. Bathrooms are not bad though. Phone charging point was very inconvenient, the fan did not have a regulator to control speed! Which century are we in! The room was practically windowless! The only makebelieve window was at a palm's distance to the balcony of the adjacent house!!! At this price, I am sure there can be better options. The breakfast spread was perhaps the only redeeming factor.
It was an overnight stay at this hotel for my business trip but it was not inviting. It is very cramped and not bright. People at front office were excellent and cooperative but that is the only positive thing to say. Wifi definitely needs improvement.
Located at the heart of the city this is a very very average property. The rooms are small and cramped. The washroom is clean n tidy. The lighting in the room n corridor is below par. Towels n etc not clean and damaged. The buffet breakfast is good n tasty but with few options. Service levels are good and prompt..
Stayed in this hotel for two nights. There were no delays in check in and check out and room service was fast too. Although the rooms looked as if re-modelled for a modern look, they weren't great. The windows seemed foggy but were curtained most of the time, so that's no issue. The rooms weren't very small nor large, just big enough to move around comfortably. Overall the stay was nice and we had our food in room itself except the breakfast which was in the restaurant downstairs. The room service was quick and the food was delicious each time. And the price in the menu, really affordable. It seemed costly but they provided good quantities for that price. Free Internet was provided in the room, many a times, it disconnected automatically and had to be connected again.
Loved the appetisers.. Mud-Pie is to die for!!!! Service is excellent.. must say above ITC standards! Mr. Gourab's service is 'certainly' exceptionally good. You should work on main course ...Will definitely go for another Sunday brunch!!!!
