I visited darjeeling from 12 Jan 2021 to 15jan 2021 . We stayed at Pine tree spa in Room no 111 . The hotel is located at just 7mins walk from mall chowrasta. From the start Sakriti Rai the person with whom we communicated is an excellent person to have in an organization, she was a person of words and took all care in providin all that was promised, also she was helpful in arranging whatever we would ask. The hotel is just adjacent to Darjeeling gymkhana and the room was a large room . The breakfast provided was good and tasty and the spread was decent for a Vegetarian . The dinner was the only flaw I could make out, as the choice & preparation of vegetables was not upto the mark. Rest I can only thank all the staff including restaurant staff for taking great care of us. Looking forward to come back.

Awesome Place to relax. Nice and clean hotel with modern amenities. Front Office, Housekeeping & Restaurant people are nice . The General Manager of the hotel is always there to help you if there is any issue.
Special thanks to little Champ PEMA. Who made our stay wonderful.
(They need to increase the Food Knowledge. Don't try anything Except Indian Cuisine.

The stay was good with nice dinner included in the package. However, the poolside near the restaurant is not child-friendly (the bigger [pool was empty and smaller pool w=has some dirty water with some fishes) and should not remain unattended. Two of the child fell down on it while chasing for fishes. I advise hotel management to purchase an aquarium and keep fishes there rather than keeping them in dirty water.

I was reading other guests' review and hotel's reply to them before giving my review and I am sure this hotel doesn't pay any attention to customers review. Checking in was quick but immediately after checking in I went down to reception and informed the toilet looks unclean. The guy said he would send someone to check it never happened. I don't think they care about services. I pour hot water in toilet instead. However the room was quite large with a wide window view. Bedsheet, towels and room were clean except bathroom. The bathroom needs deep cleaning. Wall and sink was full of mould. Since it was off season in winter the huge dining area was freezing cold in night and morning where we had to have dinner and breakfast. There were somewhat choice of meal and breakfast with a faulty toaster. Morning tea was served cold. Since this place is full of tourists round the year why not have a better heating system in place in the winter? The small room heater was never enough for large room. The room comes with basic amenities. Tea, coffee, Soap, shampoo, lotion and a tiny toilet roll. They didn't bother to refill toilet roll. If you are use to dry your hair, bring your own hair drier. Worst internet connection ever during this travel. Complained a number of times nothing happened. Front desk said they would report to management but net was hardly working. Future tourists may think twice before booking.

The room was really fantastic. I stayed for 5 days. From the beginning all went very smooth. I should name the front desk personnel Shri Sumit, Shri Abhishek and the Lady Sm. Jyotsna. All were so co-operative. The boys and girls at the Restaurant under the supervision of the In charge Shri Malik were taking personal care all the time. Since morning all were sincerely attending to all the guests. Received very cordial and sweet behaviour from all the staff members. The Room Service was great. House-keeping services were also very nice. There was no scarcity of water at any point of time. Hot water was available all the time. Location of the property is also an added advantage. I shall be visiting time and again and shall recommend to all of my family and friends.

We have stayed in Pine Tree from 3.4.22 till 11 am on 9.4.22. The entire staff can be teamed as Exceptional. Hospitality is extremely high. Everyone starting from Receptionist Jotsna Mam, Management person Mr. Abhishek attended us with high spirit. Another star of this hotel is Mr. Syed Malik who with a dedicated force managing to serve best quality and variety of food to all guest. Undoubtedly, we feel extremely happy and Recommend Pine Tree as an Excellent place to stay in Darjeeling.

The hotel staff were really polite and took care of all of our needs. The rooms were good, clean, well maintained, warm and the view was good. The lobby is the ideal place for evening chitchats and socialising cause you’re welcomed by the beautiful view of Darjeeling. The location is excellent. If you plan to stay there please try the peach tea at their cafe.

This is the most worst hotel in darjeeling. 1. Hot water provided from 7 to 9.30am only 2. Limited wifi (750 mb) per room 3. No aircon/heater in room 4. Separate heater is provided(chargeable) 5. Rooms are not air proofed. Even with the heater on, the room is super chill. Have to wear 3 layers of clothing even at night.
DO NOT BOOK if you are travelling with kids.

We visited this Resort for 2 days in December . The staff was very helpful and cooperative, they were well mannered and our check-in check out was very smooth . The views from the rooms are also so soothing for the eyes . Rooms are clean,tidy and comfortable. Also the food is great . I would recommend you to visit this Resort if you are in Darjeeling.

Feeling like cheated, I was not able to pay on link given by Agoda for my booking, so I called hotel they asked me to cancel the booking with Agoda and promised us for the same deal , I trusted on hotel and follow their instructions. But as soon as I canceled they asked me for more money. Restaurant staff service at breakfast was pathetic.

"Urge traveller's to avoid this hotel since it's in narrow road and on hilltop. Very difficult to climb the road with luggage. All times are traffic except after 11 pm "
