I visited darjeeling from 12 Jan 2021 to 15jan 2021 . We stayed at Pine tree spa in Room no 111 . The hotel is located at just 7mins walk from mall chowrasta. From the start Sakriti Rai the person with whom we communicated is an excellent person to have in an organization, she was a person of words and took all care in providin all that was promised, also she was helpful in arranging whatever we would ask. The hotel is just adjacent to Darjeeling gymkhana and the room was a large room . The breakfast provided was good and tasty and the spread was decent for a Vegetarian . The dinner was the only flaw I could make out, as the choice & preparation of vegetables was not upto the mark. Rest I can only thank all the staff including restaurant staff for taking great care of us. Looking forward to come back.…

We visited this Resort for 2 days in December . The staff was very helpful and cooperative, they were well mannered and our check-in check out was very smooth . The views from the rooms are also so soothing for the eyes . Rooms are clean,tidy and comfortable. Also the food is great . I would recommend you to visit this Resort if you are in Darjeeling.

We were on a family trip and we chose this resort.Nothing makes you feel more comfortable than a warm and welcoming courteous staff, right from the manager to all the junior staff. Rooms were clean and tidy and laced with all modern amenities. Food was good and delicious . Also there's much to do around and go sightseeing. I highly recommend this resort if you're staying in Darjeeling.

We booked 5 rooms . All bathrooms were smelly. Buffet food is horrible. We had to order room service food . i do not know if that is their tactic to bring in more money . Food staff is good . Bathroom Water is SMELLY. The only good thing about the place is the view. Avoid at all costs.
