This was a real highlight for us....Andrew and his family were so welcoming that we felt right at home. The food was so tasty and fresh with many of the ingredients being picked from the garden on the day. Our rooms had a lovely view and were in keeping with our surroundings. We enjoyed a wee trek with Andrew up...

Karmi Farm was the best place we stayed during our recent trip to India. The rooms were simple but beautiful with great views. The food was excellent. Andrew and Mylie were fantastic hosts. Overall a great place to unwind and relax.

Karmi Farm is an amazing place to visit and spend a few days relaxing, hiking, painting, stretching, and getting to know some local history. Its the old family home of Andrew Pulger-Frame, and was recommended to me by an old friend of his. He met me at the roadside where a shared taxi dropped me after a grueling but interesting...

Staying at Karmi farm is not just a 'stay' its an experience. Andrew goes out of his way to make you feel one of the family and the hospitality is incredible. We came as part of a Dragoman Tour group and had the most fabulous time trekking, learning about the local culture, eating delicious home cooked local food and generally...

Quite place in the middle of Darjeeling province. Off the beaten track it is not easy to get there but when you do so you are more than rewarded! Views over the valley is breathtaking! Plus you will experience the real countryside of Darjeeling.

We visited Karmi Farm on the back of the excellent write up in Lonely Planet, which is fully deserved. This is an ideal spot for those looking to experience the quieter rural charm of the Darjeeling countryside. Impeccably run by Andrew Pulger-Frame as a homestay, the rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and charming. But it is the glorious garden...

Karmi Farm / Andrew does an amazing job of fuzing a unique yet authentically traditional experience. We walked from Darjeeling, and though we know Nepalese, we were happy we had a guide as finding the right paths would have been tough on your own. At a reasonable rate, Andrew can send the friendly and up beat Nima down to walk...

A huge thank you to Andrew and his staff for welcoming us to their guest house. We stayed here for 4 nights after a 6 day trek through the Himalayas, and it was paradise. Exactly what we needed after a gruelling 6 days trekking! Be prepared for a very bumpy jeep ride from Bagdogra, but Karmi Farm is well worth...

Karmi Farm is indeed a Haven -worth every minute of the bumpy Jeep ride from bagdogra! His staff are very friendly, accommodating, and make you feel at home instantly. The walks around the surrounding hills and villages are gorgeous (and a workout!) and Andrew's farmhouse, veranda and the cabins are all so cozy and inviting. We then hiked to Darjeeling...

I visited as part of a Dragoman Group. An amazing place providing a unique experience with a host who has so much to offer - fabulous food, great accommodation, spectacular views, guided treks and walks, interaction with the local community and a wonderful space for peace and tranquility.
