The location is fantastic, it's right on Chauk Bazar, opposite Keventers and above Kunga, 2 iconic eateries of Darjeeling.. The mall is 3 mins away and Glenary's 2 mins away. I stayed in a super deluxe room and it's very spacious with a clean bathroom with 24/7 hot/cold running water. The owner, Mrs Sangi , is extremely kind, polite and very helpful.. its on the 3rd floor and that maybe a dampner for people having knee problems, otherwise it's one of the best place to stay in Darjeeling.

Tashi Delek! I am yet to come across such sincerity in serving guests. Mrs Norbu has been the most caring host to me and my son. The well appointed rooms with traditional Tibetan art & woodwork, the delicious food & prompt service, courteous staff and most importantly, a home away from home- made our stay a memorable experience & the start of a new and fulfilling relationship with the place. Sip your cup of Darjeeling tea, read a book or chat with friends at the lobby which has fascinating interiors and offers a great view too! Can’t wait to visit them again soonest. We stayed at the hotel, for a night, the experience was excellent. The hotel was familiar to me because from my previous Darjeeling visits I had I seen the hotel, and upon inquiring people about good hotels, having value for money, this hotel I got most as an answer, the booking process for so simple, got a rapid reply from the mail ID of my inquiry and booking was completed in minutes. we got a hassle-free in checking process and simultaneously got an upgrade to a better room (204). the room was fully wood paneled, the bathroom was clean, the housekeeping service was too good. And we had a wonderful stay. Now What I liked. Location: the hotel is just at the club side taxi stand, right next to the planters club where the Nehru road to to the mall starts, the location could have could not have been better. Price: the prices of room in this Hotel, are the value for money, you can negotiate directly for a discount. Food:the hotel has a sister restaurant 'Dekevas' just at the ground floor, you can order room service from that restaurant, we did and found it awesome, will do a detailed review on that Restaurant, the hotel is situated on highers floors of a building, the rooms facing front sight of the hotel, have unparalleled views of Darjeeling Town, Hills, and if weather permits, The Best View of Kanchanjangha From the rooms, for other rooms there is a beautiful and modest Lounge upstairs to admire the views. The staffs were very friendly and courteous. the only drawback I would find, that you need to climb the number of stairs to reach the hotel. The location of this hotel is very close to Keventer's at the start of Mall road. The view from Deluxe room is amazing. One can easily see Kanchenjunga from the Deluxe Room. The super deluxe room is all made of wood which gives it a better look than Deluxe room but it doesn't offer any view. The staff members are always available for help. The owner is very kind and amazing woman. On a downside, the hotel is on 4th floor and can be a tough take for older people or people with problems with climbing stairs.

Location of the hotel is perfect. I have stayed there for two nights i.e 07th and 08th September 2021 and enjoyed the stay very much. Though walking steep upstairs is tiresome but the final result is awesome. Magnificent view from the rooms. Rooms are perfectly curated with carpets and wooden blocks and common areas are equipped with ample seating arrangements, lights, books and many more showpieces. Their own restaurant Dekevas at the ground floor is serving delicious foods and deserts. Someone can select Dekeling for a comfortable stay at Darjeeling without any doubt. They are maintaining Covid-19 protocols.

The hotel was situated just opposite of Keventers and on top of Kunga Restaurant. The Hotel is neat and clean and the staffs are really very helpful and polite. No matter what help you need they always respond politely and quickly. Rooms are very cozy. From deluxe room onwards you will get mountain view rooms. Wifi available with reasonable speed, hot water, western style toilet is also available. I must say the food they have is very good and had proper taste. Quantity is bit much so 2 plate is well enough for 3 people. They have restaurant in the ground floor named as Devekas from where the food is supplied everytime. Mall is just 1 min away from this hotel

The warmth in this hotel never makes you feel you are away from home...... Such is the magic of the staffs and the owner Mrs. Sangey... Its located just opposite to Kev's and beside the Planter's Club....The same building whch has Kunga. The rooms a re all cozy and clean....toilets are absolutely clean.....and the view is mesmerising...... But, what surpasses all these is the behaviour of the staff and owner....I can bet that you will not find a second one like this in the entire town........ If you can negotiate the stairs, which I feel is just not much....then i guarantee you heaven!!!!!!!!!

The comfort and warmth of this hotel is amazing!The hostess and all the attendants are always welcoming.The lobby at the top floor with the fire place is ideal to spend time admiring the beauty of Darjeeling and sinking in the romanticism of the hill station,not to mention you can also get the panoramic view of Kanchenjunga from here while sipping on the hot cup of Darjeeling tea If you are a foodie ,Glenary's is a 2-3 min walk from the place and Keventers is just a stone's throw away.Kunga,the small and famous eatery is just below the hotel The taxi stand is just below the hotel so you never have to worry about visiting places as well. This was my second visit to this hotel in a span of two years and I will surely keep coming back for the lovely stay.
