One should not have a such horrible staff at front desk.thwy are pretty busy to look at you.they hide themselves behind d the desk You have to lean forward to find them.tgey will talk on their local language and lough at you.askes their name someone anjali a d other was priya afraid it may be a fake name.asked where is your ae plate replied ask management. An amazing experience, property is situated at walking distance from mall road. Clean & hygienic rooms, well-mannered and helpful staff, special thanks to Chumla and Dipu for excellent and helping behaviour. Food was very delicious. We enjoyed the food. The front office staff was very polite and cooperative. Few names that I wish to mention are Nilesh, Prashant, Reshma, Kritika, Anuj, Pranit, Sunita, Abhishek and entire team of Sumi Vista. Thanks for the short stay. Nice hotel to stay please do visit. Look forward to stay here again in future….

The hotel seems good in terms of view and connectivity with the Mall road and other attractions. The accommodation was good but the washrooms were a bit smaller compared to other hotels. The front office staff was very polite and cooperative. The housekeeping was quick. The restaurant staff was also polite and friendly. Few names that I want to mention are Nilesh, Prashant, Bipana, Reshma, Kritika, Anuj, Pranit. They were amazing. Thanks for the short stay.

It is a great place to live in Darjeeling, spacious rooms, beautiful property, very helpful & cooperative room service staff and Restaurant staff in hotel. Some of very helpful names I remembered during my stay :- - Sunita, Nikel, Abhishek, Akriti, Nilesh, Prashant, Bipana, Reshma, Kritika, Anuj, Pranit Resturant food quality is very good, chef prepared a seperate Jain food for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Stay at Suni Vista, TV Tower in family suit has been a remembering experience, well mannered, helpful staff, special thanks to Ashna,Chumla and dipu for excellent and helping behavior. Management should have included heater charger in Room Rent.

An amaazing experience , the best bit of my 3 days stay , clean & hygienic , with ever smiling , helpful staff make sure from department housekeeping staffs probably polit , they used to wish for as many times as we could meet Prashant , Nilesh Bipana Kritika Pranit Reshma Anuj & an exquisite in - house restaurant- indisputably Darj's best . a city hotel within 15 minutes from mall market . All good but fr the extremely steep road access to the hotel

Hotel gives all the positive vibes. Rooms are very clean and comfortable . Reception staf Sunita, Nikel, Abhishek & Akriti all are polite and much more helpful, Also want to add about two ladies in dining hall was very energetic and I want to appreciate their hospitality.
