Hotel is good ,views ok too, breakfast limited bt could be arranged if asked , Sabnam and Ashik are good behaved staff , Rabi is also very polite, overall good view’s from the room , foods r good and served well

The hotel staff is very cooperative and always on their toes to help you with everything possible from their end. Especially the lady at recepetion, Shabnam, is someone who would always find an answer to all your problems and make you feel satisfied. Also, if you are visiting Darjeeling and staying at this hotel, don't forget to take a list of places to visit from Shabnam, she suggested me real good places and made my day. The hotel is located very at the centre and very close to the Mall Road, which also make it easy for both commute and shopping.

highly recommended. budget friendly. good behaviour of owner, all staffs - sabnam rai, good food overall. balcony provides a side view of Kanchenjunga. also though it has stairs, not very steep. just on road beside mall road, below keventers, not a bad road or long walk for aged people. they provide room heater on request. and things are functioning well. also the owner was quite caring towards my needs ! you can even walk to the joyride station from the hotel it's a max of 10 min. there is a shortcut lane just beside rink mall, down the clock tower.

Location is superb..rooms are also nice and there are some things that needs to be work on, first is the water supply, we have to wait for the hot water though they have the Geyser installed in the washroom but they only have the key operate this.

Room is very clean and having aerial and sunlight. Food quality is good and feel like home.Kanchanchanga mountain view is very clear from balcony of room. Staff Ms.Srijana and Sabnam ,Uttam ,Ravi are very supportive and well behave.

Good location and with excellent view of Darjeeling as well as Mt. Kanchenjunga. Hotel room is good and clean with all amenities. Service is little slow and can be improved. Also there should be provisions for getting unlimited drinking water as well as a electric kettle for getting hot drinking water as room temperature water is cold.
