The stairs leading to the hotel are broken, garbage everywhere and open sewers. The rooms are small and smelly. The bathroom is small with no exhaust . The hotel staff are not also not cooperating in looking into guests problems. The only plus point is the location of the hotel, otherwise not worth the money.

Our stay at the hotel latest one night.... The boys working there where nice and helpful, and so where the lady, but the manager was grumpy, unpleasant and unhelpful. The first impression of the room was good, looked clean and nice. But after a closer look we changed our minds. The bed had sheets with a lot of stains, they...

can't think anything bad to say about this hotel after staying a night here, the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bed and hot water. Staff were really helpful and polite. the rooms are quiet as the hotel is situated off the main road. Thank you very much the gorgeous lady from the reception and thank you young boy...

Nice budget place. Good location. Hot water. A bit cold at night and the room was very damp. Also there's lots of shouting in the morning that will wake you up unless you sleep like the dead. No toilet paper even if you ask for it.

The rooms were clean, well maintained, fits my budget well. Free wifi, centrally located. Room service available. Try their aloo paratha, it's excellent. Friendly receptionist, Sarala. The newly renovated rooms are good. Very good value for money

Recommended by a travel agency making our booking in Calcutta. It is easy on your pocket and clean. They offer wifi and excellent service. It was better than may of the budget hotels we have stayed in and around India. You can call 0354-2252699 for reservation

We spent two nights after stumbling across the hotel on our way to another. The entrance is randomly located half way up a long flight of stairs but equally this keeps it quiet. The location in relation to everything you would want is good, only a few minutes walk in most directions! The staff were awesome. They couldn't have been...

This hotel is great value for Darjeeling. Rooms are simple, but very clean, with warm bedding, and good hot shower. There is also TV, and wi-fi in the hotel. Staff are all really welcoming and helpful, and the place has a nice easy vibe. I don't think you would find much better for the price anywhere in Darjeeling. The hotel...
