We are utterly thrilled to stay at Udaan Nirvana during 26th Nov to 1st Dec, 2023 & would express our heratfelt gratitude to all the staffers here & particularly to Miss Sanjana, Miss Pratiksha, Mr Sourav Prodhan, Mr Sourav Chettri, Mr Nim, Miss Tenjing, Mr Thendup, Mr Yangdup and Mr Robin who have collectively taken utmost care & attention for us and extended unconditional support & assistance in our remaining in good stead. The ambience is absolutely spledid and we are feeling quite at home here throughout. No word of appreciation seems adequate for the overall satisfaction and the amenities provided to us. This hotel and it's view, it is just breathtaking. We got the room with the Balcony Room and I am again coming back to this place. It was a peaceful and amazing stay with the Udaan Nirvana Resort. A person will be sent by the hotel to take your luggage from Banu Bhawan. And you can then walk up to the mall road and through the new Mahakal market. By the end of the market, you will reach the hotel. I would highly recommend this place , If you want a peaceful stay among the hustle and bustle of Darjeeling! I would like to few staffs name who as very politeness and supportive Mr. Nitesh Lama, Thendup, Anisha, Sapnam and Prem.

The view from this resort was awesome especially sunrise never to be forgotten. gardens are beautiful. rooms are cozy and well lit. rooms are warm with heaters. washrooms are clean. Tea amenities in room, only thing is hotel should look for more facilities for the disabled or old age people. I enjoyed my stay here. breakfast is delicious and staffs are so friendly especially Mr. Nitesh Lama, Thendup, Sapnam, Prem and Anisha. My husband birthday we celebrated here, and it was a treat.

Stayed for 2 nights, Though the hotel is bit far from the dropping point after seeing the hotel you will definitely forget about the distance you walked and to carry our luggage 3 people came from the hotel. Each room has a balcony with the mountain range view. Excellent hospitality. Staff is very co operative. Miss. Sanjana Mr. Nim Miss. Pratiksha Miss. Tenzing Mr. Sourav pradhan Mr. Sourav chettri Mr. Thendup Thank you all the staff for you cooperate and support during the stay. I definitely recommend the hotel, I would like to mention one name specially Mr. Sourav Chettri who is very good and polite person.

Very nice experience. The staffs were very cordial. Very nice and clean rooms, food was also v good! The location is good away from the hustle and bustle, yet 2-3 mins walking distance from the Mall. Will visit again!
