Great hotel, hotel staff behaviour are very good and very cooperative. Specially Selim Akhtar. He is very nice guy. 7 minits walking distance from Darjeeling Mall. Staff behaviour are very good. Over all nice experience.

The whole experience in the hotel was excellent. Staffs were extreamly polite and the best thing was the bed and the view. Food was good and very hygenic. I had lots of fun with my friends and darjeeling itself was a beautiful place.

Very cozy place with polite staffs and good ambience . The room was filled with all the necessities. Hygienic place and food was also ok. The view from the balcony was so eyes mesmerizing. Loved Darjeeling and the hotel . Definitely worth it.

We had visited Darjeeling and stayed at the New Mandala Hotel for 4 days from 10th November to 13 th November2022. We were a group of 170 people and I must say that the management of the hotel, their food , the amenities their readiness to help really amazed us .....because we were such a big group... still they maintained everything and checked personally from room to room whether we were comfortable . The food was superb . Starting from hot water to fresh towels everyday and cleanliness.... everything was just perfect . I wish them very good luck.

Stay was superb with big clean rooms,all are very helpful,specially Mr Guha. Well maintained in every aspect.the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
