I went to this hotel with my husband for new years eve. I absolutely loved the location, mall road was just 10 minutes away from the hotel which can easily be done by walking. The staffs in the hotel were very courteous and helpful. The food was really good as well. The rooms were neat and spacious. Services were a bit slow but certainly not a big issue. They made our stay quite comforting and smooth. The breakfast spread was nice but could do much better with variety and taste. Would I visit and stay here? YES!!!

The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious indoors. Also, the hotel food was amazing too. They had recently started a cafe, Cafe J4, during my visit. They served good coffees there. I would recommend you to check Jai Hotels for your visit.

Had an amazing experience at Jai Hotel. The restaurant manager was very well behaved. I had requested him to pack my breakfast early morning as I was leaving early and he immediately agreed for the same. The location of the hotel is excellent and you can take a leisure walk to the mall road(15 mins) in evening and in early morning. Don't forget to enjoy the Kangchenjunga view from mall road view point. Very few people know about this point just wake up early morning around 5.30 and take a stroll to mall road ask any local he will show you the awesome point to take the view of Kangchenjunga which is even better than Tiger hill point if you don't have time to visit the Tiger point at 4 am. The hotel staff is very well behaved. The food especially the vegetarian food is awesome. They also gave me 15 percent discount card for every paid meal. The complimentary breakfast was also awesome and has a wide variety to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Darjeeling for the first time. Being a solo traveler I had some apprehensions about how the hotel staff would be but at Jai Hotel all my wishes got fulfilled and with their friendly and humble nature my trip became even more memorable.…

We stayed at hotel for 2 nights with my family members. It is located at a prime location with very helpful staff with small walk to Chaurasta for a great view of Darjeeling valley and mountain range. Rooms are very tidy. The breakfast was very delicious with so much of variety. Thanks to all staff.

I love our stay at Jai Hotels. The location, the staff, the room, and the complimentary breakfast were fabulous! There was not one thing that we didn't like there. We had a wonderful time. I will repeat my stay every time I visit Darjeeling from now on. They also have a taxi booking service, which is reliable, and cost-effective. My personal rating for this hotel is 10/10. I will recommend everyone to book this property without any hesitation.

Very spacious rooms. Need to upgrade bed mattress. Front office staff was vey courteous and helpful. So were the other staff. location is in the market place. We stayed only for a day, did not get any opportunity to explore the food.

Hotel room is spacious and neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with choices. Location is very good and on the main road. It is value for money. I and my wife stayed in the hotel for one night. Mall area is nearby. All famous restaurants are around. Shopping place is just stone throw away.

Hotel is at main location near Ring mall. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Food quality is Ok , have many restaurants near by also. Overall good stay. Room service is quick and polite. Stayed for 1 night only.

Jai hotel is a very poor hotel service ar not satisfactory hotel staff a very lazy and food are not hygienic and fresh so please guys don't visit Jai hotel Darjeeling and room service are very very poorly. That is a fourth class hotel visit date 22th may 2022

We had a good time at Jai Hotels in Darjeeling. It is in the city centre, it is clean, the rooms are quite large and all the staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant and the food there is also good.
