Hotel was wonderful. Staff was so good and A+++ to restaurant. Restaurant food was so testy that i can Stop eating. Munnabhai and tenjimbhai ( Restaurant staff) was so nice and helpfull that they deliver food on demand.
one more thing Restaurant just opp. to Darjeeling Toy train Station and morning view was wonderful.

It was a very good stay here helped by Ayush, Pragya and Chintu. The place Is very near to the Darjeeling railway station and accessible to all spots nearby. Food prepared here is of High quality and tasty. Overall nice stay

Restaurant is good but a little slow. Munna and simran were quick to help, hotel rooms are good too with a few issues - hot water capacity is quite low, wifi is bad. Window view is not that great but the staff is quite helpful. They'll also suggest you places to visit.

Right from the main porch itself the hotel gave a good vibe as the view from the front itself is of the famous Steam Toy trains of Darjeeling the view can't be better than this. It's so beautiful even before entering the hotel we started clicking the pictures. Finally when we entered Mr . Chitu helped us with our luggage he's a very knowledgeable and helpful chap he had given us all the information about the local. Then at the front desk we were greeted with a big smile by Mr. Nitesh, Rashmi and Alisha they were very friendly, they understood we were very tired from traveling so kept the check in process very brief. The rooms are very clean and the upholstery and furniture and bathwear were very good it felt like the hotel is very new but got to know it was opened in year 2017 and it's maintained very well. I have attached some pics for the reference. We were then invited to the restaurant by Ms Pranjal who was very sweet and friendly gave us good suggestions to order from the big menu. The food was awesome thanks to the chef. Mr Muna and Aman served us the food with a big smile they were very vigilant and served us the dishes as and when required. Ms Pranjal again met us in the morning during the buffet breakfast and served us the buffet on the table which was very sweet of her. She kept asking us whether we require anything else or not she's very good at what she does my family liked her service very much last but not the least thanks to all the staff that made our stay pleasant at Anant Zambala retreat....!!

We stayed at hotel for 2 days and enjoyed a lot there. Hotel is situated at very good location or I can say at the best place of city, where the famous mall road was situated just 10min of walk away and main darjelling station was just infront of the main gate. Rooms were well cleaned and sanitized and the hotel staff was just a call away to fulfill all the requirements.
Special thanks to Rashmi (Receptionist), She was of very helpfull nature and she took care of my family's requirements, from food to stay. She even helped us to explore the local market (with quick directions and suggestions). She even arranged for our special requirements for dinner

I bet sure that one of the best destination when u visit to Darjeeling because it just near to one of the oldest & world heritage railway station I had visited 2 time actually the behaviour of staff are completely professional like Mr.Nitish chettri from the front desk they will provide you quick response. & From the restaurant Mr. Munna they take care of your small small need when you are in resturant & assist you in room dining although they best part is about the food which is quite tasty, finger licking & wholesome food. I don know how much I should praise the quality of food but I definitely said you will not get the quality & quantity within the same price nearby Mr. Munna & one lady i forgot her name who can assist you in your morning breakfast they way both can assist you or they treat you like aatthi devo bhava you feel like you are staying in 5star hotel because of their professionalism. From room point of view room is quite big in size which can accommodate 3 person like one double bed & one single. cleaning wise 💯 out 💯 i didn't meet personally fom housekeeping team but Kudos to Housekeeping which provides completely clean & aesthetics rooms. Last but not least I personally recommend the name of person which I can get in touch Mr chintu from concierge he can assist with you small small needs in your rooms as well as your completely help you in your travel booking to your blissful destination. We were extremely glad with the service provided by the hotel staff, also the way received us and also about sanitizing the luggage & guests entering into the hotel. Food was very tasty and pleased by the hospitality provided by Pranjal Rai. Only disadvantage is about the Parking, As the hotel is located quite opposite to the railway station parking is a bit issue. Other wise everything with the hotel is good.

The main thing i like about the hotel is its services given to the guests. From office staffs, kitchen staffs to cleaning staffs each and everyone is so gentle and polite. Would like mentioned miss alisha(receiptionist) for her guidance to local markets.. The rooms were also very clean with good food at restaurants..Thank you everyone.
