It was a great stay for the price point! Although there was no parking for rented cars but can’t blame them, a hill station has these problems! But other than that ever everything else was really good! Hope to visit again in the future.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of town. Expect all comforts that can be available in any 4 star hotel. But food in the hotel is very expensive. They do have Happy Hours on Drinks and Set breakfast in the restaurant down stairs which is called Maple.

We stayed at Ramada for 7 nights, and we really enjoyed the friendly staff at breakfast every morning. The staff was very catering to us, specially Saorab and Nikita. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious and have created a great working environment for their team.

Love staying at Ramada! The view from the room is lovely and the service is good. The stay is very comfortable and it is close to all amenities. It is easily accessible and even has a lift. It is equipped with a spa and swimming pool.

Had booked a family trip to Darjeeling from 24th to 26th October 2023...one word of caution Do not book through Agoda. They are unreachable when you need them and misinform you. As far as Ramada Hotel is concerned 1. Fantastic location 2. Rooms good but avoid the back rooms which have no view at all...you look out and see nothing but buildings 3. You cannot set room temp as per your requirement Overall Agoda duped us as they did not inform that the room we had booked overlooked the hotel backyard with zero mountain view which ruined our stay. Moreover, it seemed that since this was a third party booking, the hotel was unwilling to extend any facilities other than ones booked. With the kind of money paid, other places would have been available

I recently stayed in your hotel on 6th of October and wanted to share my experience. The room quality was surprisingly good, offering comfort and all the necessary amenities one would expect. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the overall ambiance of the room was pleasant. However, one significant drawback was the ongoing renovation throughout the hotel. The noise from the construction work was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to concentrate or relax during the day. This constant disturbance greatly impacted my overall experience and made it challenging to conduct any work or even enjoy downtime in the room. It would have been helpful if the hotel had offered a quiet area or designated floors for guests who required a more peaceful environment. Despite the quality of the room, the ongoing renovation limited the comfort and tranquility that one would typically expect from a hotel stay. And I have to pay extra 500 rupees as fine as they didn't allow smoking in the room though we smoke in the washroom but they didn't give us any receipt of that penalty changes. Anyways it's a good place to stay but need little bit of improvement. …
