Suite room @ 9k per night at fifth floor with no lift facility with no meals included. No geyser or hot water in room. Employees made to work 24/7. Not worth to spend that much money per night. You can get very good hotel at that rate. Overated and overpriced. Not worth more than 2k per night.

This has come to me as a NEWS... Response: 1. no guest has stayed with us claiming to pay 9k. Most guest who stayed during this period online and offline has paid between 5 -6 k... 2. employees get there off and ontime accordingly. So that should be left to management discreation . 3. Mentioned in all OTA that NO LIFT FACILITY and PLAN PACKAGE for MEALS...plz double check. Lastly ..Thank you very much ,we will take care of rest.

Hassle free check in. Good , clean room. Courteous reception and staff. Near to mall market and road. Approach road is narrow and busy, hence driving into hotel is difficult, as common in these area. Restaurant is good. Staff were very co operative in getting breakfast in time, even when we wanted it a bit early. No buffet, limited breakfast with 2 -3 options on alacarte basis.

It is a quaint decent hotel . You could hear azan from the mosque nearby. There are markets selling clothes etc not far from it. Amenities are good except for the faulty shower head. Very tasty foods by Islamia restaurant , just next 2 shops

Nestled in crowded Darjeeling, stayed at a boutique hotel- Omega on Lamm road. Very cosy rooms and tasty food. Courteous staff made the winter chill bearable by their warmth. Recommend for all at all times.

Paucity of elevator might be a grouse for many. Also the strictly veg menu might bother some. Barring those two, the rooms are very well maintained and nicely decorated. The service is admirable, well behaved . The windows offer a vantage point. I had a lovely stay here for three days and would happily return here for future trips.

I had the best time here! Clean, hygienic, safe and comfortable.The location is perfect, just 2mins away from mall road. Hotel staffs were very helpful, kind and sweet. Especially the front desk guy :D
