We as family of 12 adults and 3 kids stayed in Pradhan hotel for one night on 25th Nov'22. Our experience was much much better than the review I can read it here. We booked 6 rooms and got all deluxe room on 3rd floor. The location is nice, the view of Kanchanjungha from all the rooms were amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds were clean, bathroom was clean, geysers were working nice, staffs were friendly and cooperative. And the food service is worth mentioning. We had an amazing dinner experience with f&b manager Mr Nishesh. The food quality was one of the best which I had experience in 5 days of trip and service was apt. The only two things which can be cons is the privacy ( you can sometimes hear the conversation of people in other rooms may be because of wooden construction) and for older people and kids, going to 3rd floor with stairs is difficult ( no lift, very common in hill station). Will highly recommend this hotel to people going to Darjleeing during non peak times. I don't have experience of peak months.

Good spacious room and a gorgeous view of the snow capped mountain. In the morning have a cup of coffee just lye on your bed and watch the sunrise, one in a lifetime xpreince. Room Service can be better. Definitely worth a stay for the view though.

Darjeeling is a beautiful hill station. Scenic beauty can be best enjoyed from Pradhan Hotel. Wooden walls, roof and floor gives a cozy feel. Best part of this hotel is that you can see entire city from the windows. Especially all attic rooms H1,H2,H3 are best for window view. Room service and food quality is so so. Water shortage is there in every hotel so is in this one also. Dont drink any other water than packaged mineral RO. Thing not good about this hotel is that is in one corner of Gandhi road. You may have to walk a lot to reach market and town.

My family and I stayed there for one day. The room was clean and the view was amazing. But they did not provide any room service. Geyser did not work well, no parking facility, no elevator. If you want to go with older people, that's a big NOO....

Its the worst experience of our live. We went there with family , But, the room service was terrible and Hot water was not available. Need to call the hotels guys several times for the same. They over charged us for everything :(

We visited Darjeeling around Christmas in 2014, and stayed at Hotel Pradhan. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities. The Hotel has an amazing view of the snow capped mountain and it was a delight to wake up to the scenic beauty of the mountains.The wooden walls and flooring of this Hotel added to the nostalgic feeling of this hill station. We were happy that this Hotel was located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy road and didn't mind the walks to the market area. We will definitely visit Darjeeling again and stay at Hotel Pradhan.

A good value for money hotel. Spacious rooms compared to other hotels in Darjeeling. Charming lobby. Excellent view of the mountains from the room. The owner takes time to talk to the residents of the hotel in the evening. Worth the stay.

Darjeeling is quite crowded place.... roads are small .. Cars and stylish bikes ..zip across this road... Hotel is pleasant place to stay. Woke up to valley view, which is splendid..Had water shortage issues when were staying there ...We had taken 4 rooms ( 4 families .. in all 8 adults and 5 kids). Food was not to our taste so ended up in neighboring hotel for breakfast and dinner. A day later moved to Domino & CCD's & Hasty Tasty for meals.

I stayed from 26th Dec to 28th Dec, 2012 with my family. It was my life worst experience in Hotels' stay where staff was argumental, room heating in peak wintter was not enough. Chilled room will hit you badly in mind. You may feel that you are in hell. Additional blanket provided with heated argument, dirty room... the worst you could think of was happended, except manager behaviour was good but he was helpless due to owner instructions. I spoke to owner over phone but his behaviour was too arrogant. I understood the root cause of all management. Management is as good as owner and I stop expecting anythink than to adjust. I spoke to Cleartrip helpdesk but they couldn't do much.
If you would like to see worst hotel in Darjeeling, experience over here else stay away.

I went to this hotel for my family trip. The hotel is new but the staff (especially Manager) absolutely not helpful and friendly at all. They must learn how to smile more, especially the ladies in the front desk. I stayed for 4 days and they don't have internet access and room heater as they mentioned. They said the connection was broken and they did not something about it. The room service is very bad, they stole my 750 rupees. Money is not a big factor but their loyalty is just rubbish .The food also disgusting and they charge very high amount. The location is right at corner of the city. I won’t stay here again next time. Because internet access is very important to me and also their behavior, loyalty is very bad. If possible please do not stay at Hotel Pradhan. NEVER.

Please clarify and we would happy to have it sent back to you. If you still feel you've been wrongly treated we are ready to give you a two night stay free at your choosing as long as we have availability. Thanks to your feedback we have made it mandatory for all front office staff to "Smile" As you have rightly mentioned money is not the important factor but a satisfied Customer is more important for us.
