Starters are very good. Especially Chilli Fish. Virgin Mojitto was awesome. choco walnut brownie was soft and freshly made. very tasty. I booked the table through Zomato and got a great discount. Mr. Ajith the restaurant supervisorgave us a goid explanationof menu and also explainedus about the membership program of the group hotel, Mr. Thamu served us the food in the order of our preference and took care of us very politely. Anupama madam was very kind and served the desert with care. all the above 3 staffs are good in the approach with customer and they are doing their best to make us happy. The ambiance of the IBIS restaurant "SpiceIt" is very pleasant. overall a very good experience. Thanks

I found the location to be excellent, and the staff was quite helpful. However, the room I was assigned turned out to be smaller than expected and had a noticeable smoke odor. It would be beneficial if they provided better facilities on smoking floors to prevent such odors from affecting the rooms.

We chose this place as it was close to the US consulate. One of the nights there was rain and the electricity kept going off and this was just after midnight. The room gets v claustrophobic as you can not open the window!! And there is no outlet at all I landed up opening the room door for some air and even the corridors were dark. God forbid, in case of a fire, how does one escape and and also get some fresh air? This is a v v serious safety issue to be looked into!.

I moved to this hotel after getting the worst accommodation in Chennai as I'm particular about cleanliness. After moving there my family from another hotel moved together to this hotel is way better with Accor standards Thanks to Shreya(Fo) for giving us exceptional guest services and being very helpful with the information given.

Spice It Restaurant located in ibis Chennai City Center, Thousand Lights near US Embassy serving Dinner Buffet with Live Band on Every Wednesday. Soup, Starters, Main Course, Desserts all tasted good. (It's a rotating Menu so dishes get changed frequently). You can also order Special Dishes of the Day in discounted price along with the Buffet. Mocktails were ordered separately. (Not included in Buffet). Banana Pudding was very tasty with correct level of sweetness and consistency. It was my most favourite in the Buffet.
