i was on some international calls and work at room and asked your team @ hospitality desk for getting a pack from the bouquet shop downstairs well before 9 pm. as i was told by your stuff that the shop closes @ 9:00 pm and also i was not able to go down. told them to go immediately or send someone to my room too. Unfortunately i dont know which part of "immediately" they did not understand. they called me well after 9:30 pm saying the shop closed. i requested them to send someone outside. rather than refusing they rather kept me in dark till 10:19 pm and none of them told me that they could not go and finally when i went outside and got one and told them that either they did not have the intention to help me or they should not have kept me in the dark or they should have acted promptly - one mr gulzar (hospitality manager) started arguing with me in one of the most crazy way that why he is correct etc. most atrocious wrong behaviour rather than either accepting their error of not telling me that they will not be able to help they kept me in dark expecting!!! when i asked for a feedback form they said it is online and did not hand me over a feedback form too. this is most unacceptable behaviour and that mr gulzar he lied that he has sent his person when i see that that chap was loitering around playing with his mobile doing nothing. he even lied to me that outside was raining and knee deep water. a so very typical wrong information for which our lazy liar indian workforce of certain parts of india are known for. i think this sort of people who do not intend to help the guests with either the right information or the right service should not hold important positions of hospitality managers of the green park hotel. they are also proved to be lying thru their teeth shamelessly. i will not recommend your hotel stuff at least a few like mr gulzar and the bell boy who had the audacity to speak uncouthly and uninvited to argue with me unnecessarily rather than not wasting my time by lying and promising and not delivering what they promised. i would have been ok if they had told me that they cannot get it rather than promising that they will get and keep me waiting. very very ugly feedback to your hotel goes due to these gulzar kind of unworthy of positions they hold. one moment of argument and uncomfortable question and His untrained behaviour comes out and a few irresponsible sorry and other parroted lines will not help but an apology! please do the needful and in future they should be careful. i will put this also on social media till it reaches some responsible ears unless you take care. and i am not complaining about their inability to help but their attitude to argue when they are wrong!!! really bad experience with your untoward kind of stuff. one rotten potato is enough to rot the rest.

Is the club room same as a suite? Is there a bedroom and a separate room for sitting? Can anyone who has stayed in a club room or hotel staff confirm?

I am assuming the club room comes with 1 King Bed (typically 6 and a half feet wide) OR 2 twin beds (3 and a quarter feet width) which are not the same as 2 queen beds (5 feet wide), correct? If yes, is it possible to get 2 queen beds in a club room?
