Front Office Mr. Rahul spoken to FOM and upgraded the room to Superior. (Without any charges). House Keeping Ms. Sangeetha who was taking care of our room very well. Food was good. Great hospitality. Timely checkin & checkout. Staffs are found to be very cooperative .Even at covid times social distancing was well maintained. All covid procedures were found in place. Mr Abhikeet Sinha was very helpful & doing a great job.
