The fluffiest pillows I have ever felt is a true statement. Excellent staff and management. All of them were kind enough to acknowledge and fulfill our requests. Excellent facilities like gym, swimming and baby pool. It was a delightful stay for the family of 6. Extremely delicious food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Its good enought for a business visit. Staff is lacklustre. Food is not so great. location is the best part about this place. Beds are OK. Ground floor has lots of shops. Its like olden days all hotels had a mini mall at the ground floor. I stayed somehwere in June 2022

Charming Hotel in a good location. We had a comfortable and lovely stay and was impressed by the warm hospitality shown by the staff; nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Ms Indumathi, Ms Shana and Executive Chef Mr Sivanandam. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was very good and delicious. Room service was great too.

Amazing staff, from the reception desk to the bell boy. Every staff member had a smile and was ever ready to help. The senior managers were always present and approachable. Food could improve but the breakfast buffet was good. Mr. Rajiv ( GM) and Mr. Badhrudeen (F & B) became almost like family. The rooms are satisfactory but will be refurbished real soon. Can’t wait. Thank you one and all for a most pleasant and refreshing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ambassador Pallava Hotel, made even better by the helpful staff, especially Shana at the reception.
