Pros Basic buffet breakfast provided with limited menu for this tariff rate.
Cons Compact rooms which suits only solo travelers or business travelers for refreshment Cleanliness was completely average Fluctuation in power sockets Tv not functioning due to sparks in power sockets Under renovation in certain rooms
Still wondering why did the receptionist guy was asking for early checkin charge which I denied completely as I made the room reservation one day before & still checkin the next day morning.
Overall it was completely an average stopover for refreshment!!

Extreme supportive staff especially Mr. Shabir Manager, Abutahi they were really supportive, didn't expect such a comfortable stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were very decent and handle all the queries on time....Will love to come back whenever I get an opportunity.

Good hotel for a short 1-2 days stay. Prime location- walkable from central and park station. Room space was bit conjusted apart from that everything was good. Restrooms were clean and smell free. Free wifi.

Orion Residency is a nice and budget Hotel with wonderful hospitality near Chennai Railway Station. Very cooperative staff and management. Very cheap and budget restaurant are adjacent to this hotel. If you like Shopping many shopping malls are easily accessible from hear . Bus Stop and Railway station are walkable distances.

It's a new hotel ...So clean ....not very big but clean and comfy rooms ...Small bathroom but clean. very good location ...near to railway station and also very close to Chennai local train ...which is very very comfortable and good mode of transport in 2days Chennai traffic ...Prices are also ok ..Just bit of improvement in service ...Helpful people at the front desk..

I stayed at this hotel on my trip to Goa and it was clean and served good value for money. The Wi - Fi service is available only on the ground floor and they have travel arrangements which can be done in the hotel itself.
Overall I would recommend this place for a short stay!!

This place is good for short stay , Nice budgeted hotel. Standard non-AC room costs 750 INR and Standard AC room costs 1100 INR. Food is not available , so have to about 20 meters you can get veg as well non-veg food.The Wi - Fi service is available only on the ground floor. I stayed at room no.5 on the ground floor which is located at the end , here communication is not so good , you have to go out in order to receive good mobile signals.

It's a new hotel ..So clean rooms ... Bathroom is small but Clean.. It has very gud location ...near chennai central and also close to mumbai local train ...which is very gud transport ..in 2days chennai traffic ... gud value for money just need a little bit improvement in room service

stayed here for 3 nights with my family.small rooms but were fairly clean. each morning we were given complimentary tea and biscuits. staff were very helpful but they did not understand English. took a tour of chennai thru the hotel.driver was very nice and helpful.
its easy to get an auto/taxi from the hotel and is easily accessible to shopping areas. not many restaurants nearby.still need to walk 10 to 15 mins for restaurants. huge shoe shopping (leather) area around the corner of the hotel.

This hotel is great value compared to similarly priced hotels in the area. Nice rooms and lobby. Great a/c. Good to but with only a couple of English channels. Great service albeit with some language barrier. My only problem was with the wifi. It was great the first night but went terrible the next day. They couldn't get it fixed and I lost the ability to work on planning our trip to Sri Lanka the next day. On a side note, don't trust maps when it tells you you can take a train to the airport. The metro is uncompleted. A rickshaw should only cost you 400 rupees anyway.
