I stayed for 3 days, and when I arrived, my room was clean and ready. The staff was very helpful with my queries and requests in respect of requesting a vehicle, getting a packed lunch etc. The staff at The Lobby Cafe was particularly helpful and sweet. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, as was the bathroom. The location of the hotel is on a very highway, but the hotel itself is isolated from the noise.

I stayed at this hotel for around 12 days and it was a business stay. Positive - 1) Food is very nice , staff is very courteous and supportive specially Ashiba, Venkat, Suchitra in IRD and Syed (Food and Beverage manager). 2) Chef was kind enough to accomodate my request when i was not keeping well. 3) Ms Ratana in House keeping has always been smiling and supportive. 4) Lobby and restaurant ambience is very nice. 5) Buffet spreads is nice (though a live counter is missing) Above all, Amrut , the Front office manager has been very hospitable and flexible. He's been very supportive and always smiling and he ensured that no discomfort was caused to me.
SUGGESTIONS 1.Rooms are old and need refurbishment, you still have to stand inside the bathtub and take shower which is hazardous and old styled. 2. House keeping standard can be improved a bit in terms of response time. 3) House keeping staff grooming needs attention, 4) Though chief engineer was very kind to help me fix my tv personally on the first day , however the line team needs grooming (nails, hair etc). 5) Guests seating in coffee shop can hear the kitchen noise which is a bit annoying.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and i shall definitely recommend .

House keeping at its best and the right time. As I had some difficulties in walking, all the time in the dining, people served food what I asked for. Very courteous service in the dining. For handicapped room the division between the bath space and the rest can be little high so that water doesn’t come out. Otherwise stay was comfortable. I always prefer Radha Regent whenever I come from US every six months

I liked the help extended in making special request for the room initially given to a king size bed which I preferred. Also one thing I absolutely loved about the hotel is the freshness and cold Aircon as you enter from a full day of city visit. The aircon was constant inside the room making it feel very special.

Benisha gave good room care keeping room neat & clean. Idea of keeping glass drinking water bottle is really environmentally friendly. Laundry service is costly and food is too expensive. Needs to add more fruits varity in breakfast. Hotel Location is good.

Staying here for more than a Month. Here are the Positive and Negative of the Hotels.
Pros : Large Spacious / Clean Rooms Very Helpful Staff ( Padmavathi from Reception) Variety of Options available for B'fast and Dinner Great Connectivity to and from Hotel Staff are very polite and helpfull.
Cones : Outside of Glass Windows need cleaning and maintenance. Few of the Staff only Speak Tamil ( So it's hard to Communicate when required) No Option for Early Morning B'fast.(Before 6 O'Clock)

Room was gud . Ac is fine. But , no complimentary were given. Food was not upto the expected level. Room service for serving food is very late. Breakfast was served at 9.30 , lunch at 2.30 and dinner at 9.15. No proper response even on calling the reception and inroom dining. Not a holistic experience. But , can try out when there is no other option. Not bad.You wont regret
