It's really sad for me to give less than 5 stars to an ITC property to which earlier I always wanted to give 6 starts. I have been an ITC customer for several years and it's painful to see how this great brand is going downhill consistently. Check-in took forever as the staff seems to be untrained. Being a club ITC platinum member means nothing. They have completely done away with the benefits. When I asked to be upgraded, very reluctantly it was done after having to wait further. In the room TV was not working, Iron box was defective. I complained about TV, nothing happened. This was a Tower room! The real low point came when during breakfast I asked for a juice (as I couldn't find it ) the lady vaguely pointed in some direction and told me to get it myself. Seriously? Is this a Luxury Collection Hotel? Other things took forever to arrive. Their service standards which used to be extremely high are now below average. Most of the staff from front desk to taking calls and in the restaurant have no clue how to respond professionally. The feedback about platinum membership is not one off but consistent across 4 different ITC properties in last months and I have provided this feedback earlier also. If there is a change in the program, ITC should write to its members that they should not expect any of the advertised benefits. I understand upgrade is subject to availability but there is no excuse for not acknowledging it, not offering any welcome drink etc. If anyone from ITC reads this review, it is not a one-time lapse and the solution is not to ask front desk manager to call but it needs attention of senior management to check what's going wrong in the training and other processes if you are serious about retaining your loyal customers. Thankfully the food quality standard is still maintained. I may still return based on my earlier excellent experiences but ITC as the default choice is no more the case based on my last 5-6 stays in as many months. Spent 10 days in the two bedroom apartments. Truly felt cared for by attentive, aware and hardworking staff. The weather was miserable heavy rains and flooding all over, the cleanliness, COVID protocols in place and the overall luxurious ambiance made it so stress free and a relaxing place to be. The properties have good management teams and supervisors. Bela from senior management helped us with our reservation that needed attention ,she arranged and coordinated staff to make our stay truly comfortable. Habib went out of his way to get us a new Mac adapter for our laptop. John at the madras cafe dining room helped us every morning we looked forward to seeing him and kismet. Panda, waited on us almost everyday too. most definitely passing the word to all my friends from the US, this Property wins my vote. don't forget to try their restaurants, Avartana spectacular!!!! Equivalent if not better than the French Laundry in Napa Valley USA. The Royal Vega was equally good. Walk up the grand stairway to the next floor ,serene areas up there to meet up and chat ,tucked away from normal traffic by lobby 🤗 you will enjoy ambiance there. Beautiful yoga room up there. We Didn't use the spa this time . Gym was wonderful and their pool area on the 46 floor was refreshing to visit everyday .…
We want to sincerely Thank Praveen, Bharani and Kunal from housekeeping staff, who really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A big shout out to John Paul, Diwas, Prashant and Raja (kitchen staff) who continuously ensured that we are taken care of in every way possible. At times they went out of their way to get the chef to prepare food that met our dietary needs. We LOVE the staff, who make the place memorable and give the home-like comfort.
Fantastic service by Jhanaki and bharani the house keeping staff.The stay was wonderful. Good service.Brindha and all staff are very polite and hospitable.It was a great stay.The spa and jacuzzi is fabulous.

I stayed at the hotel in a service apartment room for 2 days regarding business purposes. The room quality was amazing and there were lot of facilities like bathtub, modern kitchen, great view from balcony and fine decor. The housekeeping services were pretty excellent and left the room in a perfect state. In particular Mr. Praveen was very helpful and made sure I had a great stay. The restaurants Royal Vega, Ottimo and Madras Pavilion were pretty good.
Extraordinary hotel, great ambience, well maintained, hassle free check in and check out, polite staff, so many breakfast options. Food is way expensive. Overall great stay. I would love to visit again.
Residents Lounge ambiance is very good and happy hour is best in whole city .Staff are well trained and knowledgeable.Diwas,Gajendra ,Gela,Asher Sanjay and Kapil and Mohan all are very helpful. Thank you ITC Hotel . Will come back again
It was wonderful stay as usual. Very warm welcome . I have to make special mention about the reception staff named Anshu who has been very helpful did the very best in providing all the help. The rooms has been kept well and clean. The in room service also was excellent.
We really like praveen and bahrani house keeping services. They did awesome job. Its perfectly clean and clear. I specially mention they create a dog in towel with a spl note with my kid name. Its make them feel special. Thanks once again praveen and bharani
