Perfectly delightful from start to finish. We were greeted by the front office guard, then front office staff with smiles and warm hospitality, including refreshing drinks. The hotel is bright, spacious, modern and clean, with a tranquil atmosphere. Our suite was spacious, well-furnished and quiet, and the king bed very comfortable.
But it was the restaurant with dinner and breakfast buffets that impressed us the most. The selection and quality of food was first class, and the staff were attentive and helpful, explaining dishes and offering to make additional items. The Executive Chef, Mohammed, greeted us, checked on us numerous times, and was happy to share insights into the food, and even shared some cooking tips for our favorite items.
The hotel is on 15 minutes from the International airport and the hotel arranged a good driver with a nice clean car. This will be our place to stay on future trips to Chennai.

Views from accord chrome is awesome and peaceful environment in Chromepet. In this crisis they served with happy faces with good hospitality. Living room is full of heritage woodwork With latest technology of doors 24*7 food service was very helpful for my health. Inside garden restaurant was very fantastic with heart touching vibes. Had a day's stay at Hotel Accord Chrome at Chromepet, Chennai. Found it to be an awesome experience. In fact I invited my nephew and his wife also to come over and join for the dinner. The cuisine was very delicious and was without any excessive spice or oil. The service was excellent, with a touch of heart in everything they did to ensure our convenience and comfort. The staff were all extremely polite, pleasant and ever willing to go out of their way keep us entertained.
It was a great experience and all this were provided within the reasonable tariffs. The hotel also was kind enough to extend my check out time without any additional charges, on informing them about the postponement of the departure of my flight to Mumbai.
Thank you so much...will definitely visit Accord Chrome whenever I return to Chennai again.

We had a very good experience at the Accord Chrome, for both, the accommodation of my family with 9 rooms and also arrangements for the Seemantham Function. Karthik, the front desk Manager and Naveen the F&B Manager were in constant contact for meticulous planning and ease of business. Chef Sathish was very helpful in deciding the final menu for the function. Most importantly, the food was arranged as per pur requirement of No Onion & No garlic specification for the function. Reshma from Naveen's team was always present during the function , for ready assistance of all needful activities. Stay was for transit purposes.it was definitely a great stay . We traveled with all our family members we stayed in interconnecting room which was really comfortable for families like us they had hall balcony terrace and two bedrooms with two washroom it was well maintained and breakfast was really good our kids enjoyed the waffles part .worth of money … i would recommend for others too

Stayed for over a Month at Accord Chrome Chennai, was on a medical visit at RELA HOSPITAL, perfectly within the boundary of the Hospital vicinity made our stay more comfortable. The rooms are Spacious, with a luxurious feel at every corner, be it the soft and cozy bed or the washrooom. The Housekeeping was outstanding with a regular clean and tidy upkeep of the room starting from fresh linen, towels, pillow covers everything was clean and fresh. The dining experience at the restaurant Gardenia was outstanding, where the Chef Satish and Venkatesh along with their team namely NEETU and Reema had time and again met all of our unexpected demands and went their extra way to give us a sumptuous feast for our happy tummy. Moreover the the staffs at Gardenia had added a Star to our stay.

Stay at accord chrome it is located in chrompet which was very next to airport .starting from front desk it was really good to see smiling welcoming faces.the staffs were very courteous towards all guest there was staffs who speak multiple languages Housekeeping staffs were always helpful and came when ever I wanted them rooms were very spacious they had parking space and there was 24 hrs security. One of my fav was the lift it was golden colour and the beautiful garden. They had room service 24 hrs that was really good .all the staffs were very helpful and they do service from the heart ❤️. For our two day stay at Accord, we had a great overall experience. As we were staying a patient, the hotel cooperated with us for making patient specific food (no salt, no oil).
