Entire experience of check in to in room to dinner was worst in my life. This place is a sham in the name of MARRIOT. Nothing works right in this hotel. Imagine even a basi. Thing like washroom which stinks like a public toilet and sinks has a water clogging Language is a barrier. People don’t understand basic English.
I stayed in four points by sheraton for two nights with my friends, we visited for a small get together with old friends we took 2 rooms , rooms were very clean and hygiene. Night Manager Naveen is very coordinative he given rooms as per our preference , and other team members also good at hospitality. And as a brand Marriott member I prefer to stay here again.
Enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. Superb Breakfast and hygiene good room and toilets. Good location and close to all shopping areas. The Services of the staff was really good and special mention of Mr. Varun who was extremely helpful and polite and really great service provided by Varun. I feel that Hotels like Sheraton would live up to its star service because of people like Varun. A big thank you to Mr. Varun for all the help and good services rendered. I would give a five star rating for this beautiful hotel. Thank you.

I had visited this property last week, it is a very good hotel, staff are nice & helpful. Food was delicious but little bit crowded. Lobby area is really attractive because of surrounding ambience & refreshing aroma which I like most here at reception. I keen to know that aroma name for our office.
I really enjoyed stay in hotel I'm there with my wife , front office team very helpful especially Naveen the manager who help in check in and check out and food was awesome there naresh is very helpful taking order and overall it's a memorable stat.
Everything was so at good and we enjoyed everything from God to stay to service. Thank you so so much! We had amazing people serve us and the receptionist Alan was so friendly. The chef vignesh was amazing and came personally to see us off. Thanks once again to everyone.

It was a great regret that I chose the restaurant inside Fourpoint by Marriott, OMR, Chennai for my family dinner today. This is the first time visiting this restaurant and only reason to choose this place was the name Sheraton / Marriott. We know this is budget hotel in Marriott group so We did keep the expectation level low but the experience was still lower than the expectation. Spread of buffet, number of items, selection of items, quality of food and all such things right from the basics need to improve to hold justification to the brand name and satisfy the customers. If this is the standard set for this place, it’s perfectly fine but I as a customer would only expect that this being made clear in the way you communicate & promote. Honestly, I would say, it’s like eating in a canteen in some hostel. Not in a star hotel with a prestigious brand such as Sheraton / Marriott. Only thing that’s matching star value was billed amount on which I can only rate the “value for money” very poor. The people who work in the restaurant are quite ok, nice & polite and well responsive when called for. What it needs to improve involves overall change in every aspect. Hope there’s some action so future customers may get better experience.…
Syam kumar and their staffs are very kind and provided good service. Even they provided early check in also as we requested. Over all good support from the staffs and very immediate response. Keep it up the good work
