I stayed here between 23 to 25 December with my wife and son. Booked two rooms; one with single and one with double occupancy. Excellent Location. Walking distance from US VAC. Very courteous and cooperative staff. Awesome rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast, but same items were repeated next day. The only issue I found here was they are charging same amount for single as well as double occupancy (especially when breakfast is also included in the tariff). The hotel management should give a thought to this.

It was awesome experience I like the view from La Cabana Roof Top restaurant . Moreover its a very good place to spent time with family , friends and for couples. Furthermore taste of food was delicious and good quantity. Service given by sathya is nice . But one thing I noticed that they should treat the guest in professional way like offer a glass of water . Another thing is that in Raita hair was their but they are so kind and immediately change so overall nice experience.

Very good Hotel. Good food , clean rooms and very friendly staff . Reception staff were very friendly with an helping mind . I had to stay for 15 days and it was like my second home. Ms Lilufa , Mr Jasim and Ms Jyotika, Mr Kasi , & Mr. Subash were very polite and friendly. They always had a smiling face and were ready to help at any time . Kudoos to them. They rooms were cleaned on time and was done very meticulously. The room boys were also very polite. The restaurant serves very good food and the restaurant staff were always in a pleasing manner.

1. Rooms are neat and clean, spick & span with white linen and a nice bathroom. 2. Housekeeping does a good job, and on request they clean rooms daily. 3. They replenish toiletries daily, which is a very good thing. But no change of linen. 4. Has two restaurants one on the ground floor and one on the terrace. 5. Rooms are literally very small; it can hardly accommodate two adults. 6. Unfortunately, we were three adults, and they put additional bed at a cost. 7. This prevented all our movements within the room. If you are claustrophobic pls avoid this place.
The worst part is it has "NO" private parking at all. This is disgusting and none of the reviews highlight this issue clearly. So, I am giving 1-star so that people do read and understanding their choices.
I had to park my brand-new luxury car literally on the streets of Chennai leaving it to bear the heat and dust of Chennai. They provided valet parking though, but that didn't help me much as the valet drivers royally spoiled my car for 5 long days.

First of all this place doesn’t just doesn’t justify the name ‘Park’ My stay at this property in chennai was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were clumsy in fact it was so very bad I had mosquitos in my room and insect crawling in the washroom.TBH La Cabana looked great but the service was again THE WORST ever. The FnB manger Mr. Mohan has ‘Zero’idea about how to treat a guest. In fact when I had order for food it took them 2 hours to say they can’t serve the food I asked for!! RIDICULOUS. The language used by that same person towards me was so bad I left the place and I did complain about this incident wasn’t surprised that the current VP of the property didn’t even bother to take actions.
One more bad experience was there was a knock at my door late night and to my surprise there were few guys high on alcohol and asked for girls this shows how the security system works there. No high profile person should take this property not even for a single night.
My rating for this property is negative ! I’m not returning to this place ever and would never suggest anyone to step in.

we reached the hotel at 10 30 after late night flight was too sleepy. as soon we went to the reception the receptionist was prompt in telling us that check in is at 1 so i requested him for early check in he said pls sit then after 30 mins went back to him requested again he said the whole hotel is booked and nobody has checked out. then i requested again by this time i was hungry though of having al carte at tepin chilli to my surprise they told me restaurant is closed and then i pleaded give me something they said only burgers are there to eat. imagine in chennai thr is no idli or wada or even dosa imagine they don’t care for business at the restaurant. they the owners might knw or not no idea but people who are waiting to check in there is no food. means loss of business. please guys please don’t waste ur time here go to some other hotel where they are humans and don’t make thr guests wait. and the. place is not great its mediocre there are many other better hotels at same cost

Let me start of by saying the food was dry to the pallet. The sweet was very sour and the flaming hot spicy food was simply poor. Not much to add just feeling disappointed for the price we had to pay.
We were served crab that was not cooked but in some red sauce. On a notice made to the manager., he hurried the dish away. But made no other comment to us.
The restaurant can either hire a good chef and train the service staff or have a clean looking dining hall.
A note to the hotel. Please improve .... you have great rooms but a poor restaurant.

I had an online reservation with Agoda/TripAdvisor link and when I called to check if the booking is confirmed as amount was debited but no clarification through e mail, the hotel manager (who can be reached at +914428260038) was very rude and said why am I calling him and prolonging the call when I booked it online. He also raises his voice with authority. I asked him why you raise your voice and upon which he says I raised my voice first which clearly i was just normally talking. Then I really got upset and told him not to act like a God upon which he just was making sarcastic remarks saying you should come in person to book in this day and age. I hung up and was horrified to find the cancellation window is 2 days from check in date which means they have taken my Rs.2800 hard-earned money refusing to give me service. Worst experience in hotel booking in over 8 years time.

Today I have been as a guest at Hotel. We have a corporate business bookings. We have very bad experience on the staff services. They are very rude with gust services. When we are booking the corporate business bookings we need to think twice. We have en number of business hotels @Chennai compare with this they are better services & price also high compare with others. They doesn't have ample car parking also. We have already send the mail to Vendor to cancel the agreement with hotel on immediate effect.

I stayed for a month on business travel to Chennai. The view is good with a nice room. The service was very nice even in severe lockdown conditions. There is lot of cigarettes smoke coming from AC vent due to guests in adjacent rooms smoking inside the room. Overall The quality standards are maintained consistently!
